Absolutely terrible performance with my super. To start I actually got a surprise phone call out of nowhere offering a Super review, i have no idea how they got my contact number and I certainly didnt call them, but they conned me into managing my super. Australia to have them take care of my super. Promised big returns in the tune of having double the amount in the my super when i retire, than I would if I left it in my mlc super fund. Started off with $130k, and over 3 years it grew to $167k, mind you I had contributed near 25k in that time, so it made only 12k in that time. I keep seeing on other peoples poor reviews they have long term investment strategies, but when you get to 3 years and its going no where, enough is enough

Their fees are massive and they also state that they also get a commision from signing you up to expensive as hell insurance, but they state that the returns they promised would definitely out weigh those fees.

Moral of the story - stay away from this company, do not give them your money, and if they are this incompetent with investing super, id definitely avoid them as a fincial advisory service, definitely in it for themselves and not providing the service they promise- Avoid!

Incredibly poor service – If I could give 0 stars I would. This company cold called me and advised they were set-up by the government to review my super and make sure I was on the right track. They don't answer calls and I am chasing them constantly. Do not use

BUYER BEWARE! – BEWARE! ppl. I have lost 4 yrs of actual progress. I received alternative advice from a different company and if I had been with just an industry super I should have exceeded at least 90k in that same time frame. Please please please go in with your eyes open. Ask lots of questions and get advice from more than just them!!!!!! I am so angry they have mismanaged 4 years of my Superannuation.

Superior service from start to finish – We are delighted with the personalised service and meticulous attention to detail afforded to us throughout the process of remortgaging and releasing funds to finally own an investment property. Navigating the entire process was made a whole lot easier by the SAA staff and we cannot thank you enough.

Very informative and supportive – Had my annual review and was called by kerrie and hollie. Both extremely helpful, professional, understanding and gave me all the time needed to answer questions and clarify information.

Great people – They were very lovely people, totally accommodating to my needs. So sorry I forgot the young man's name (feeling unwell today) he helped me so much with a plan for my super. I feel like a there's a light at the end. He and all who call me are very nice and respectful and I feel they listen to what I am saying.

Set and Foget – These guys are very helpful and informative easy to deal with and have the time and patients to go through things on my super that I have questions about. I always feel as though they care and my concerns about my super matter to them just as much as they do to me.
