Used it twice and threw it out. The paint-like smell is quite harsh, the colour is orange tone, and it is very greasy to apply and remains sticky and shiny. Not happy at all. Show details
Heavy & greasy tinted daywear & also the sheer defence – Just awful! So heavy & greasy, even hours later. Feels heavy, sticky & tacky. I really wanted to love this product,.but I've tried it several times & it's just plain horrible
Really expensive with great marketing, but it’s literally clay. Almost impossible to push out of the tube, applies orange on my medium yellow tones Asian skin (currently tanned). And cakes right off. A very disappointing purchase. Show details

Horrible. Sticking with the IZ Facial Moisturiser SPF 30 instead – I am happy to see that some people like this product, although I cannot work out why. It is thick and sticky and greasy and shiny and looks awful. There is no way in the world I could put makeup over it. I had to wash it off and put other sunscreen on before I could continue getting ready. It is too greasy to even use up on my arms (which is what… Read more
I normally do with facial moisturisers that fail). It will probably go in the bin in the next bathroom clearout. Fortunately, this brand also makes the Invisible Zinc Facial Moisturiser SPF 30, which is absolutely the most brilliant sunscreen for everyday use. It is soft and creamy, spreads and blends easily, does not leave a white cast, moisturises the skin all day, is not greasy, and works perfectly under liquid, powder or compact foundation. I will be sticking with that one. I do not understand why it is not listed on this website, as I would like to leave a review for it.
Absolutely perfect for my skin (acne prone, rosasea, sensitive) – I have been searching for a sunscreen that I can use on my face without irrigation for literally eternity(last 20years). And have finally found the one! My skin is acne prone, suffers from rosacea and extremely sensitive. So even though my skin burns quickly and start turning pink after just 15minutes exposure to the Australia sun, I had to go… Read more
without sunscreen because I have reacted to every single 30+ or higher sunscreen available in the market (some 15+ sunscreen is fine though but hardly adequate protection).
When I finally took a chance on this invisible zinc 30+, I'm amazed that there was no reaction or sensitivity whatsoever. It didn't feel greasy (I have oily to combination skin in terms sebum production) and goes on clear (although a bit white upon first application but turn invisible in about 30 seconds on the skin)
I would recommend this product to anybody, however not the 50+ sunscreen from the same brand which leaves a visible white film on the face all day!
Great product (works for me), but perhaps not for all skin types – I love this product. The 'light' colour looks great on my skin, giving just the right amount of coverage for daytime, and it doesn't get oily or shiny like alot of other products with SPF. I like that it is SPF30+. This cream really goes well on my skin so long as I use a face scrub every 2nd, or 3rd night, as otherwise I do tend to get breakouts… Read more
from it. My skin tends to be dry, sensitive, prone to acne and with an oily T-zone, but surprisingly this product works for me. It is quite a greasy product, but I think that is just what 30+ zinc oxide formulations are like, and I think it perhaps could be too thick for people with very oily skin. It does have a pretty unpleasant, strong smell when you first apply it, but it goes away (or you get used to it), but I prefer that over an artificial perfume smell that would probably irritate my skin. I highly recommend trying it as it is a great product for certain skin types, but buying the smaller tube for $15 from Coles so you haven't wasted too much money if it doesn't suit you. I finally tried this when I got a free sample tube with a magazine. I'll be buying it from now on, but I'm not looking forward to the hefty price tag. Great tint, all natural, high SPF, doesn't get oily/shiny. Expensive, has rather unpleasant smell (but you do stop noticing it after a while).

Best tinted mineral face sunscreen in Australia – In my quest for the best TINTED and MINERAL ONLY based face sunscreen I have tried everything available in the Aussie market, but nothing compares to this tinted daywear. It's zinc based so it doesn't feel thin, but it's also much thinner than all the other zinc based sunscreens out there. This is Holy grail status for me. Also the light tint shade suits my light medium yellow undertoned skin perfectly. Show details
Perfect protection for sensitive skin. Goes a long way – The best natural sunscreen out there and the tint smooths out my skin’s appearance beautifully. A little goes a long way. Only negative is that it’s quite shiny when first put on and can make me sweaty. I did try the new Invisible Zinc Sheer Defence as it’s supposed to be sheerer however had to take it off after half an hour as it made me itch… Read more
like mad. And it’s supposed to be for sensitive skin too! Stick to the original Tinted Daywear just don’t put moisturizer under it as it doesn’t need it.
Love love love this product. Don't love the price tag – I've been wearing this product every day for almost two years. I love the color and the coverage. It covers up all my blotchy post-acne red marks as well as my hyperpigmented lesions (thanks melasma). It does go on quite shiny, so you might like to blend it with a mineral powder to take some of the shine out. It works very well as a sunscreen -- I've literally never been burnt with this on my face. I just wish it was a little cheaper!

If I could just get it OUT of the tube – Waste of $60. Have recently bought two of these, the second one after thinking the first one was a complete dud! Can’t get it out if the tube! Highly disappointed. $60 down the shoot! :-( Show details
Wish I could return it – This product is really greasy. My skin type is normal, so I don't have overly oily or dry skin but, I found this product to be really thick and greasy. It just sat on my face, even after an hour or so, I could still feel the thick, greasiness of it. I wouldn't call it 'tinted' either. I wouldn't say it's any colour. It's more like a cheap… Read more
sunscreen than anything else. For the price I paid for it, I did expect a lot better quality and totally regret the purchase.
So sticky – It feels extremely sticky and looks too greasy. I purchased, gave it 2 chances and I am throwing it away now without hesitation. I like another product of the same brand, though.

Finally found the one! – A few months ago a wrote a review for the 50 plus sunscreen also by Invisible Zinc. It was terrible--thick, hard to blend and definitely not invisible. Since then Ive tried the Invisible Zinc 30 plus light tinted sunscreen and I love love love it. I've been wearing it everyday for a month now and it's been great. I'm in my 40's and have normal to… Read more
dry skin. The light tint goes on sheer and I don't feel the need to wear makeup as it gives a lovely even coverage. It does leave a bit of the shine and a little sheer powder does fix that although I've found just a light dabbing with my hands of the shinny areas of my face lessens the shine enough for me. I prefer a physical rather than chemical sunscreen, and the high percentage of zinc (18%) makes it just perfect!
It also comes in a small 20g tube which is great for carrying in the hand bag for reapplication.

love love LOVE – Never had an issue with this product and after experiencing 1st and 2nd degree burns from another sunscreen brand I refuse to use anything else. Non greasy, non easy, easy to use packaging. UVA and UVB protection. No 4-MBC.
Won't come out – I have tinted daywear light invisible zinc. The problem I have is it does not come out of the hole. I have stuck a skewer in it and shaken it to no avail . I have put it in the sun For a few minutes and still no luck . I wish I could return this product but I have lost the receipt . it is the second one I have bought. The first one just had oil coming out of it.
Sad face – Used this product for about 3 weeks and started getting horrible breakouts and then pigmentation! Waste of money and now have to visit the dermatologist. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.
The Worst Product – This has got to be the worst sun screen that I have ever used. It stains your clothes so easily and can someone tell me why the hell do they keep saying that it is "invisible" when as a sunscreen it is highly visible! I am very disappointed in this product. Absolute [censored word removed].
Great sunscreen with colour for low-key days – I bought this product after I was gifted a sample. It offers good sun protection as I have worn it to the beach on high UV rating days and I have not been sun burned. It comes in a handy tube so you can pack it in your beach bag and reapply throughout the day. It also gives lovely coverage for imperfections and blemishes. I am in my 30's and my… Read more
skin is on the dry-side and It gives my skin a lovely sheen. For me it is a good summer casual day, or low-key day, option. I bought it on sale for half-price and you can't go with a good tinted sunscreen for under $15.00
Disappointing – I've been looking for a tinted sunscreen for ages now and was so excited when I heard about Invisible Zinc's one. It won quite a few beauty awards so I didn't even think of reading up on reviews first before buying it. I got it in medium tint (I have Asian skin) and the colour is pretty good, but thats where the compliments end. The product is so… Read more
oily (I have normal to dry skin) and looks exactly like I've put sunscreen on...you know...that shiny sticky feeling. The coverage is light (which I don't mind) but you look OILY! Don't believe what the other people say, it's not a dewy finish, it's OILY! I'm now thinking of just mixing it with my normal BB cream to use it up, but am worried about the other reviews talking about the product giving you breakouts. I'm at a loss.....HOW on earth did this product win beauty awards please!?
Invisible Zinc Tinted Daywear spf30+ – I have fair, dry-combination, sensitive skin prone to breakouts and redness. I wore this cream everyday for 3 weeks. The tinted moisturiser did not irritate my sensitive skin and provided a thick, moisturising barrier and lovely glow/sheen to my skin. It is 18% zinc which means it is a sunscreen offering the full spectrum of UVA and UVB … Read more
protection available. No other sunscreen ingredient offers complete 100% protection, however this high level of zinc combined with thick emollients to ensure it is moisturising as well (high levels of zinc are drying to the skin) means I broke out constantly after using it. This formulae is, unfortunately, pore clogging. You will be assured of effective sun protection, but I continued to experience congested skin and increased amounts of blackheads by wearing it. Still a great product, but may cause breakouts.
everyday sunprotection - love it – I use this product daily over moisturiser and as it is tinted I use it like foundation. My face doesn't get burnt and it stays on it water (e.g. swimming) . Love it n no probs with it being oily but I have normal to dry 40 yr old skin.I use this to avoid Sun damage and wrinkles.
Reacted on my face leaving pigmentation! Warning – I used the invisible sunscreen for 1 month or so ... After which there were 2 patches left in my face... Sort of pigmentation... I have now have to go to the dermatologist to get rid of them. I am very dissapointed and concerned about this product. I will update this post after my visit to the dermatologist if anyone is interested!

Never again – I received a sample of Invisible Zinc, and didn't bother with a patch test as I've never experienced a bad reaction to any skin care product in my life. Until this one. The very next day I woke up with at least 20 pimples on my face, and over the next few days ended up with almost 50 bumps on my face! I don't usually get pimples so this was… Read more
distressing to me, and unfortunately it took almost three weeks until my skin cleared. I contacted the company and they wanted to know all the usual details but other than that didn't care - not even a follow up email to see if my reaction had subsided.
Will never purchase from this range again.
Garunteed no burn!! – This product is by the far the best form of protection for the face in the Australian sun. I use the environmental skin protector, it may leave darker people with lighter complextion if they apply a lot, but for fair women its perfect. Non oily & no breakouts. You can feel your skin not burning. Highly recommended. Reliable, easy to apply
Good product – The best thing about this product is that it hasn't caused pimples and seems to keep oil under control. It moisturises nicely too. It is quite thick and gluggy to put on and can look a bit shiny. I dust with face powder and it looks light and natural for daytime. Does not cause acne and seems to reduce oil Bit thick and gluggy
Great!f – I really liked it. I found it smooth and didn't leave yellow lines around my hairline or eyebrows like the cheaper Le Tan one that I bought. Although it has a shiny appearance, I don't think it looks oily, more of a dewy glow. I also liked the colour, not too thick and heavy. nice subtle colour doesn't come in big tubes
Yuck – I read a lot of good things about this product and was terribly disappointed. It made my face look oily, had no visible tint other than make my pale face look a bit yellow and felt very sticky. For $32 per tube, it was the biggest waste of money. I don't know why it won a beauty award. The box looks nice No tint, sticky, expensive
Excellent – Overall, im am quite a fan and will continue to use this product. There has been a noticeable difference in the quality of my skin since i have started using this product. I no longer get breakouts due to my makeup and i no longer find that my makeup disappears half way through the day. Although its a little bit harder to clean off at night time… Read more
and a bit expensive than regular pharmacy tinted moisturiser, im happier to pay the $10 extra knowing i there is a higher SPF and my makeup will stay nice during the day without clogging my pores... Great product. High SPF, Great product to use by its self or under concealer and powder foundation, Tube lasts a long time (even when using it daily), when on face the product doesn't sweat off or dry out the skin, it doesn't clog my pores and has more coverage than some of the other pharmacy brand tinted moisturisers Bit expensive and can take a couple of washes to get off at the end of the day.
Good product – I am a man and I love this product! I have used the white invisible zinc but that makes my face look really white and greasy, as if I have covered it with butter. Then I have tried this ‘tinted daywear light’ invisible zinc - and it’s perfect! The product is a bit pricey but quite well worth it. Highly recommended! Who thinks it is really wrong for a man to use this product? Works for me Bit pricey
Dont waste your hard earned cash – Terrible stuff, stains all your clothing, no matter if you apply it hours before dressing. does not deliver. Sack Elle, too pricey Stains clothing, too pricey
Quite oily – I bought the dark tube. I only really wear this when I am gardening or if I know I'm going to be exposed to the sun for a long time, because of the SPF 30+, but only so I use it up. Once I have used the tube I would use non-greasy sunscreen instead. The product makes my face look like it's been dipped in oil. The dark colour is too dark for… Read more
me. I am surprised at how many good reviews it has been given.
Greasy. I wouldn't mind paying the high-ish price for it if it wasn't so greasy.
Good – This is a great tinted moisturiser that's just perfect for summer because it hydrates skin while protecting from the sun and giving nice, even coverage. It won't easily wipe away and there are minerals in it. I use the light shade all year round, but it is a little bit too light for me, and the dark is too dark! Oh well, what can you do? High SPF… Read more
protecting that's perfect for summer. Protects and hydrates skin. Easily available. More expensive that your normal tinted moisturisers, but it also has a higher SPF. It's a very thick texture.
Good – i love this tinted moisturiser and it looks nice under foundation and not too oily or shiny,. keeps skin soft and smooth and also provides great skin protection from the sun, great when skiing as well this product is fantastic, i wear it under my foundation and it never looks oily or shiny. its available at the supermarket and provides great SPF… Read more
30+ protection, i always wear this on my face while skiing and i never get sunburnt.slightly tinted and also looks great on the skin by itself. mild fragrance more expensive than normal sunscreen and comes in a smaller tube
Terrible – I'd heard great things about this product but was very disappointed with it. I really hated it...and there's not much that I don't like when it comes to facial moisturisers/foundations/sunscreens. It has got to be the worst tinted moisturising sunscreen I have ever used. In fact, most probably the worst beauty product I have used! I bought the… Read more
light shade and it was a great colour match.
Gives a smooth even coverage. The consistency of this tinted moisturising sunscreen is super thick and hard to squeeze out of the small tube. The smell is also quite unpleasant...a bit like what plasticine smells like.
Once this stuff is on your face it is super sticky which is not a nice feeling. Is it also very hard to wash of your face. I first used a water based cleanser which didn't work. I then used an oil based cleanser and this didn't do much better. I gave up and simply pat dried my face which soon became quite irritated and itchy around my nose and mouth. Still sticky to touch in spots after drying and moisturising with my usual moisturiser.
I had this on my face for about 3 hours before it started to go very shiny and I felt like my skin couldn't breathe. I can normally wear foundations with sunscreen for at least 5-6 hours before I get any oily shine at all.
At the regular price of $18.99 for a small tube this has got to the worst value for money. Luckily I got it for 50% off! Still a rip off at that price considering it irritates and makes you look like you spread a tub of butter on your face after only 3 hours!
Excellent – I would definitely repurchase this product as it's great to wear alone or as a primer for summer, though the texture is not as friendly and quick to apply during winter my skin is the driest. Since the colour has more of a warm undertone, I think it's better for summertime. Otherwise, one of the best tinted sunscreen, that's very comparable to… Read more
high end brand tinited moisturisers such as Laura Mercier and Estee Lauder, but is better as a matte finish compared to drugstore brands like Sunsense and Hamilton, that's more of a lighter lotion consistency. Generally, applies well on the skin, nice colour for summer, great worn alone or as a primer for foundation. SPF protection, matte finish. A bit expensive. The texture is a bit too thick to apply during winter as my skin is dry and the colour doesn't look as good in winter compared to summer.
