so how long is this going to take now?? It also has repeated messages which have been sent hours ago, ie showing I have 9 texts when it isn't showing that when you open it.

I am very disappointed in this purchase, I really thought the phone will work for me for at least a couple of years before I can afford to buy a new phone or an upgrade.

well to control their customers,I was upgraded from iPhone 5 to 5s due to product safety issues with my phone which I guess was A fair deal, I chose to upgrade to iPhone 6s Plus hoping it was the better product as stated in apples website,when I did that I was not aware I was signing up for a nightmare, apples delivery system is worse I have ever experienced , due to poor communication I had to manually pick up product from the post warehouse , after all this they send me a phone whose mic was faulty (confirmed by Apple ), I spend like $50 on my screen protector that was seprate expense they did not compensate, they provided me a new phone again to find out the camera took blurry pictures , when discussing with the technician they asked me to prove it in the store ... I told them that this was a random event every now and then so can't be proved , so they offered me to replace the camera , now all this happened within 14 days where Apple claims to refund if the customer is not satisfied , they straight out said that they cannot reafund and encouraged me to take whatever steps I need to take , I have already lodged a legal complaint against Apple , I am here posting this review to let you guys know that even though Apple claims to be best there is dark side to this giant , they know consumers have limited power and they can get away with any sort problems at lower level, their polices are made to make pure profits , they are keen to make new customers but don't care if they stay cause they know they have enough, so just consider before buying weather if you want to be treated like a piece of garbage after your purchase ?

Now, I know all the Apple fanboys and fangirls say iPhone is perfect, it doesn't freeze, have swipe issues etc - but thats not what I've experienced. And for reference, yes I have been updating the software.

The phone (since about 1 month in) often does fail to read my fingerprint .. Probably about 15-20% of the time actually.

Furthermore, the quick camera access feature on the bottom right of the lock screen plays up, rendering me unable to access the camera without unlocking the phone and manually getting into the camera - this does get quite annoying, especially as it often freezes when I want to capture a moment and I miss it when the swipe function freezes or it opens but the camera is frozen on a black screen.

These are my main gripes at the moment, and that I can think of.... Oh also, the iPhone Maps sucks! Today it told me to go 2 blocks away from my required destination... I then used Google maps and it took me to the spot!

In terms of the change from Android to Apple, I haven't experienced much hardship. It's been an easy change for me... I thought there would be issues with Uploading photos and videos to my PC but there's no issue, just copy and paste from My Computer > DCIM into my own Folder on the PC. Perhaps music causes an issue and you have to use iTunes (not sure)

So, it's still a great phone, but there are small gripes I've experienced. Would I buy Apple again? Only after researching again ... And if I decide it's the best for what I need.

by reading a lot of reviews and as stated above I made sure that would not happen to me. I went into Optus and purchased the following.

One rubber type of backing it is clear in color so I can still see my phone is gold and also a tempered glass cover. Both cost $37 as I haggled a bit with the price it should have been $45 for both, still very cheap to protect my precious new phone.

Like most people accidents happen and yes I dropped my phone and took it into Optus in Surfers Paradise whilst on a short stay and nearly in tears as my screen had cracked. BUT I was wrong. The tempered glass had smashed and not my phone so with a wonderful staff member helping me I purchased another tempered glass front and walked out saving nearly $400+ for a new screen.

Moral of the story pay out a few dollars and invest in the best protection for your phone. My phone has never bent either and if it's not in my handbag it is in my pocket or down my bra.

It is perfect – This phone has been with me for 4 years right now and I never had problem with it. I dropped it so many times But still working with no issues. iPhone 6s Plus is the best with functionality and durability. Show details

Good phone, small screen but easy to read – The camera on this phone is one of the better ones. I've used Samsung phones in the past and the iphones do have a better camera. The matrix metering seems to be superior and it takes great night shots. Show details

I'd take a Nokia 5110 any day – I recently got myself an iphone 6s plus to replace my S6 that died. Worst decision ever! Battery life is woeful,pics are god awful,sound is non existent,and call volume? Have Apple ever heard of it before? I can see why they were discontinued. plugs are similar to the I phone jack hole and not the usual round holes so only apple iphone headphones are compatible which can be a nuisance at times when we have left it somewhere else.

As a second hand phone you’ll take risks buying, but I had nothing but a quality experience with mine.

Was a great phone, but now very slow – I bought this phone when it was realeased in 2014. It has been a really good phone with very little problem. Now due to software updates it has become very slow and a bit annoying to use. Browsing and map software now takes ages to load, much longer than it should. Good phone, starting to die – Bought this phone when it first came out. It was great having the larger screen size and battery. Great Phone for Average user – iPhone 6 Plus is a great phone for basic tasks but the picture quality is very poor. I bought the phone in 2015 & it is still working.
