Ridiculous Company - avoid at all costs! – No customer service whatsoever. Rang them 3 weeks ago and they reassured me they were just waiting for an item to come from suppliers - 3 weeks after the original order was placed. Another 3 weeks later and still no communication.Now their phone # is out of service and it seems we've lost our cash! Avoid Avoid Avoid!

still waiting for a reply. I am now left with no option but to seek a refund via my credit card company. Never mind poor customer service try NO customer service!!!
No goods, no refund – After waiting two weeks for my order to arrived I tried to call them...no answer...no reply to my email....the tracking number was non existent on the couriers tracking page. sitting at the couriers and they would do a full refund....a week later and I'm still chasing that refund. Unbelievable that a company can be so appalling in this day and age of internet shopping. I do all my shopping online and have never had a problem anywhere near this. It meant my poor son missed out on his Easter experience. Very unimpressed.
Such a Disappointment – I ordered Christmas present on IQ Toys NZ on the 15th of December. A glitch occurred while I was paying by credit card so I had to call the costumer service 2 days later to pay over the phone. On the 24th my order was still waiting to be picked up because the order didn't appear on their screen... Shane offered to gave me a refund. I had to call twice to finally have my money back on the 7th of January!!!! What a waste of time and money.
VERY HELPFUL – Ordered from Perth, got it to me within 5 days very helpful staff. And always respond quickly. I reccomend shopping here again.

Poor online shopping experience – After placing my order, I received an email asking me to send a copy of my driver's license as well as my credit card!!!! I called them to check if this was spam, but they said they occasionally ask for ID for first time buyers. I have bought a lot of things online and have never experienced this before. I cancelled my order, and I also wonder if they have ever had acustomer actually scan their credit card and send it online to them. Be wary.
No response – Despite leaving messages via online chat (says "online" then when you chat says leave a message) and direct emails no repsonse. Also tried the "ask the Prof to beat" and still no repsonse. Despite their claims I guess if the price match isn't going to be honoured they just ignore you. Shame because have ordered in the past from and was looking forward to future purchases. Lego
Lovely toys. Fast delivery – Great service. Live chatted a representative 'lisa' with a question regarding most suitable toy and received instant helpful advice. Toys arrived well packaged and in only 4 days. Also found toys well categorized on website and prices the best I have seen in Australian stores. Bad customer service – I have ordered from iqtoys on three occasions. When things go right with your order, thank your lucky stars. When things go wrong be warned. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't answer emails. You can call but only in NZ business hours. They pretend to be in Australia with a Qld phone number but they are in NZ. Great toys received in Sydney in 4 days – I love the products, and so do the kids - quality is excellent. Arrived well packaged an in only 4 days. I live chatted them first to check on the availablility and was very happy with the very quick live support. I ordered once before from this coming 18 months ago and had the same problem, said I would never ordered again but go sucked in by free postage . But learnt the lesson never never again Free postage Customer service and postage
Customer Service? – Ordered 2 items (in stock) on the 28/10, and I'm still waiting 6/11. I tried to track the package, and the number supplied didn't exist. I sent an email wondering why I couldn't track the number, I am still waiting for a reply (4 days later). Even though they have physical Australian addresses, your online purchases will come from NZ. Be prepared to be ignored while you wait. terrible service.

Sevice not as fast as it used to be two years ago – I have used IQToys 2 years ago and the parcel was delivered within 4 days. This time around it is taking very long. My credit card was debited on the same day of my order - 9 business days ago. Next time I will just buy the presents in Melbourne and send them on my own through Australia Post. An online store will lose customers if getting parcels out takes this long. Variety Very long delay in getting in stock items in the mail. Credit card debited long before items were send.

reasonable (often cheaper than posting it myself). A great range of toys, better than most department stores. Cost of postage and packing very reasonable and free once the order is over $100. Great service and orders arrive promptly.
