Glass Blades Pronto – I ordered a set of frosted glass blades for one window after a backyard cricket incident. This was a small order, but the order was processed and arrived in Melbourne, just four days later. Packaging was very carefully done, so all blades were in perfect condition. The blades were a perfect fit. Thank you

Paid 2x order amount for the worst package protection – I paid $26 for shipping and received my order wrapped in a cut up piece of cardboard, wrapped in tape with no bubble wrap. Ordered 2 louvers and with shipping it 2x my total order... For a cut up cardboard box and no bubble wrap. Seriously the most egregious example of price gouging I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting

Lasted only 5 years, no contact – I bought 6 sets of louvre windows 7 years ago and after 5 years the brackets started deteriorating to the point of glass blades falling out. They did not respond to any contact and I'm now in the process of replacing them all. Buyer beware!

I have the same situation with the first commenter "Archie79" – I email and call multiple times, never answer the calls, email take ages to be replied. yet it was packed very well so no issues). Nothing was incorrect, with all the glass and components cut to the correct size. And I really appreciated the time Brad spent on the phone with me when I made the first order to make sure I was getting the correct sizes for my height and widths available. I'm really happy with the outcome especially as the louvres from my first order have been installed for over 4 years now and they still look great and operate well.

Do not purchase from this company – Product not delivered and no resolution after multiple phone calls and emails. Poor customer service with being called a narcissistic liar after asking for a refund. Fake tracking numbers and blaming Aus post for delay. document was the email I received after I lodged the initial review. I refused to pick up the parcel at the post office as I believe it was not the product that was ordered. I have not received a refund from the company yet. I was accused of having received the product weeks earlier when I asked for a refund the first time. After reviewing them on here and reporting them to scam watch the product was magically sent with a tracking number. I had asked for this information many times and was told that it could not be given as they were issues with Aus post. I lodged a complaint with PayPal and received half of my money back which is the scam that island breeze refer too. I was told that when I return the product a full refund would be given I have not received anything to date. That was the 14/12/2021. I still believe this company is a scam company and would not recommend anyone to purchase from them.
