First Class Customer Service & Advice for Seniors – On arrival in store both technicians were assisting a couple of older people. They were both very patient and made sure that the customers’ understood, in plain English, what they were going to do or about the item/s they were selling them. I used this business to transfer the data ect. from my superseded iPad to it’s replacement, that I had purchased elsewhere. I was expecting this request would be frowned upon but to my surprise it was accepted in a very friendly manner. I was advised exactly what was going to occur, cost involved to do it and when they would be ready for collection. I also purchased a protective screen cover and a case for the new iPad. I would use their services again in the future. Highly recommend.
