BACKYARD SCAM. PLEASE REPORT TO SHOPIFY TO CLOSE THEIR WEBSHITE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNCONTACTABLE, IGNORES REFUND REQUESTS. DECEITFUL. Avoid this backyard SCAM merchant. Wife bought a bracelet on Shopify from Ivory & Sterling (Melbourne) but it was way too small - it might've fit an emaciated child, maybe, or if your wrist cross section is smaller than a standard little box of matches.

Their webshite boasts a 30 days return policy, but the problem is the return address they provided on the parcel (2/210-214 Canterbury Rd, Bayswater North) is not their real address. They have purposely provided a FAKE RETURN ADDRESS.

We posted the item back to the provided address with paperwork included anticipating a refund as per their stated policy, but the parcel came back to us as "Return to Sender - Not At This Address."

So, since it's not their real address, YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING. Google Maps shows the address they provided is a school uniform shop or gym in Bayswater North.

The "Contact Us" form on their website is useless. After filling in all the details, the Send button is greyed out - it doesn't do anything.

Ivory & Sterling has no ABN, so I am guessing it's just some person who gets undersized unsold jewellery from overseas and dumps it on to unsuspecting customers.

There is no address or phone number on their website & they do not respond to emails - they totally GHOST YOU, so you can't return anything to them. There's NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. Their ivorysterlingau@gmail.com bounces back as UNDELIVERED.

A look at the Trust pilot reviews website confirm this is their modus operandi. Once they have your money you're dead to them.

We're about to REPORT THEM TO the SHOPIFY platform that hosts this SCAM e-commerce business, and you should too, if you've been burnt by these CROOKS.
