Don’t be fooled! – Beware, don’t be fooled by this builders charm. A "wanna be builder" driven by dollars, that only holds a limited class registration yet works beyond his capacity. Insists on using the same surveyor from CRC Building Surveyors who is a friend. I had a private inspector to check the work for which most of the work is non-compliant and we have no sign off yet, continues to work and get away with it. They needs to be stopped. Spread the word!
