Great Great Great – [name removed], who was the Principle (the builder), was excellent. Yes like the previous person said, I too had problems with delays but I was happy to have a few days delay in compensation for quality work. I engaged JadeMark Homes to build a 2 townhouse development for me on Waverley Rd. Mount Waverley. The project was 5 weeks late but it was a small price to pay for the quality of workmanship. His flexibility allowed me to make changes to the project with absolutely no fuss, Changes that enable me to reduce the overall cost of the project. I changed various items, tradies and numerous specifications and he refunded every cent that I saved.

I was warned by a friend that had built his house as a House and land package that things don’t always go to plan and that delays are constantly occurring even with like of Porta Davis and Metricon so I knew what I was in for.

My advice to those that want to build in the future is to make sure your project is finished with the highest of standard rather than finished on time.

Your choice of builder should be based on quality of work rather than quantity.
