This is not the company I wanted to review. This is a mistake.

I got a beautiful Kitchen with excellent detailing and perfect in every way – I could not find better people to build me my new Kitchen.. The service and the attention from Bec and Scott was unbelievable helpful and relaxing for me.. Thank you

so easy. Great ideas born out of experience. They provided a clear work plan and made what we considered a big job look effortless. They were super efficient and everything happened when and as they said it would. No nasty surprises.

A special shout out to every employee who was involved in our kitchen creation, from the plumber to the sparky and cabinet makers and installers, splash back guys and everyone in between. They were all first rate quality guys who were so polite and arrived as per the schedule (and who incidentally were also extremely complimentary of Scott and Bec too - which says something in itself).

Scott and Bec are an incredibly awesome team. Their skills and expertise were evident from our first encounter and they far exceeded our expectations. You’ll be thrilled with the results.

a moderate budget and even managed to make two bespoke pieces which are the highlight cabinetry in our en-suite and powder room with heaps of hidden storage. Bec is very patient as we altered the designs quite a few times before coming up with the final product and I was also very impressed with Scott's organised scheduling of tradesmen, fitout etc. I would highly recommend Scott & Bec to complete your renovation/project for you.

Awesome Job – I Got Scott to do plans for a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms for wardrobes and bathroom cabinets. He was one of the easiest person to deal with. He kept me totally informed on progress and when we needed to change things it was never a problem. He spent time with me organizing handles and colors. Good service, good cost with mid range quality – Rebecca was fantastic in helping with the design options and the coordinating the details. The timetable ran very smoothly , the build they use might be described as mid range quality but due to that the cost is considerably cheaper than some who do high end quality. quality. By going mid range it meant I could afford more drawers (typically more expensive than cupboards but so much easier on the knees and a full quartz counter and backsplash. Rebecca did a great job of negotiating on the quartz. Came in slightly overbudget as I added extra electrical outlets and added an extra cupboard at final design which was all on me. Note, mostly you are required to pay before all the work is done as its the cost of building everything, the install is actually quite low cost. great range of colours and finishes and we are very happy with the design, service and overall quality for cost. They will coordinate all the tradies if you want or you can get your own. But you will need plumbers, sparkies, plasterers etc depending on what you have done. Their team also worked well with the flooring company directly across the road called "One Source Flooring". Kitchens are usually very expensive and a considered purchase so I understand that some of you will want to go total high end but I can highly recommend the team, we're very happy with the overall finish.

Bad Workmanship Design plans difficult to read No customer Service – I paid a deposit to this company and signed what I was told a standard contract once the cooling off period was over I was treated disgracefully. I paid my deposit on 5/6/15 and was so called completed 25/8/15 In fact it's not finished due to shoddy workmanship I need the. draws to be taken back to the 2pac painters to remove glue and… Read more

scratches etc

I have a large list of defects ranging from 2pac paint that has bubbles scratches parts missing off glue dripped all over draws. The design was nothing what I was shown in the show room or quality. The base is made of scrap. For 20 k I think it's a rip off.

You should always read what you sign I made a huge mistake believed what I was told a standard contract it was in fact anything but! A credit company wrote it up with some interesting added benefits for James kitchens such as interest charged for out standing payment on invoices if not paid when emailed! If James kitchens do not want to rectify there work then your stuck they fire your name off to the same credit company who made the contract up who are in fact a debit collecting company. To top it off you just signed and agreed to Pay for James kitchen costs to charge you. joke. So I highly recommend never to use this company and never sign your rights away as I did.
