Great pram – Easy to fold up and down. Light weight. Have used mine for over five years. Great pram. Easy to clean. Can run with it if you need to. Love it. Show details
Omg, I love my Jane Epic pram!! – Thanks Jane! You make my life with a newborn and toddler so simple! I have the rider board on the back and my epic folds up with this still attached. The carrycot is fantastic and folds up small enough that I can just slide this behind my seat. My favourite thing is the handbrake and the safety of having to press in the button before the break will work. This has stopped me from accidentally letting the brake go when I’ve been distracted.
Excellent!...but – This is by far the most manoeuvrable I've used, you can control it with one hand in crowded shopping centre. Very very easy to fold and unfold. The Structure is solid and we have had many compliments on this pram. The problems I have after about 2 years of 'infrequent' use, the rear wheels aren't clicking into place anymore, so as you keep pushing… Read more
the pram, unknown to you the wheels slowly start to slide out, which means the breaking system won't work. Originally the only issue i had and might still have was the breaking wire at the wheels keeps slipping out so while one wheel braked the other would still move.
I have spoken to the company, and i am yet to contact Baby seconds heaven who are the official repairs. I bought this during the Melbourne Baby expo in 2016 and lost our receipt during a move, so god knows how much this is going to set me back to fix a possible design flaw.
Super happy with my new Jane Pram!! – OMG the Jane Epic pram is so light and easy to fold you can do it with one hand. Love the hood idea on hot days you can let the breeze flow through the mesh, and the handle bar has adjustable heights great for hubby. Speaking of hubby and bubs love the suspension smooth ride over the bumps. Pram came with, rain cover, foot muff and I got the… Read more
carry cot as a bonus. Overall, I've found the Jane Epic to be great for our needs.
Thanks Baby Buntings for your help.

Jane Epic Pram and Micro Carrycot Package - Teal – Bought this package ready for the son's first child and at 6 and1/2 months it's lived up to expectations for outdoors mum and dad. The Teal gives the plethora of boring black prams a splash of colour without taking a gamble on all over light colours getting grubby. The PU solid tyres are like pneumatics but banish puncture worries and coupled with… Read more
the suspension means this is a serious off-roader. I can vouch for that on an outing to Myponga Beach recently and by pulling the stroller backwards with bub it went through soft sand and thick seaweed to get to normal pushing on the pebbly wet sand expanse for a long walk up the beach and back again. Furthermore with the inverted U rear axle and the front wheels locked you can jog/run with this pram/stroller on pavement or hard even ground but a word or warning about that for pram buyers generally.
If you think these mini vehicles are maintenance free you're kidding yourself and I've attended to a couple of maintenance items for the DIL already. She mentioned early on one of the front wheels had a small wobble (a notoriously common complaint with all prams if you net search 'pram wheel wobble') so adjusting up the lock nuts on the wheel pivots had it all running sweet again. Like the similar complaint one of the rear wheels suddenly seemed to be 'clicking' and by easily adjusting the brake cable up that pulled the wheel brake pin back properly in the off position where it had been rubbing on the brake disc holes.(hint: Bowden cables need adjusting folks) These are simple take-up issues with bedding in all new prams and like your new car or bike need early inspection and maintenance although once settled in such adjustments are few and far between.
The one minor tradeoff with that excellent off-road suspension is smaller storage underneath but Jane provide an excellent net shopping bag accessory to attach to the stroller. So factor one in if you want the best off-road/on road/jogger package handy grandad has come across doing his homework and active mum and dad are appreciating more and more by the month.
Bad design, everything rubs. Wheels shake – Bad design unfortunately. We had high hopes due to the high cost and the way the service assistant talked it up at Baby Bunting. Wheels shake uncontrollably when walking even slowly, fabric on sun shade is dirty and worn from just folding, and brake line is crunched when collapsed. Contacted company, very unhelpful. Save your money!!
LOVE this pram, great quality, easy to use – Bought on the Jane website. Customer service was awesome. LOVE this pram. Had done some research on lots of models and really like the compact fold, pushes really easily. We used the basinet for the the first few months - love it! Great pram for walking, suspension works so well. Handles perfectly on and off road. Would highly recommend the Epic to anyone wanting a quality pram that's so easy to use, lightweight and looks great too!
Everything is Perfect – I went to check some brands of stroller in some baby shop to find out what stroller we need based on our daily activity and to meet our budget. We choose Jane Epic Stroller because : 1. We fall in love with the design and build 2. Love the soft material. Some strollers material is not that soft like Jane brand. 3. Price is good 4. 5. Easy to carry
6. We bought with the carry cot for newborn so baby will feel more comfortable in it while strolling around.
7. Good size for me and my husband some stroller feels so low (iCandy) some too high (stokke)
Overall very unsatisfied – It is easy to maneuver and unfold but im not very happy about the pram. I had to swap the first one we bought because of the creaky noise it made on the right side above the wheels of the frame. I v got it replaced but again it's all creaky and the wheels are making a swishy noise too. I havent even used it outside yet. I v only been using inside… Read more
the house on a wooden floor. It's only been 5 days since i v got it replaced. Imagine if i take it outside for a stoll it will all fall apart. It sounds like everything is loose and need to be tightened. We are Very disappointed. We wanted to buy a perfect best quality pram for the bub. Thought it would fulfill our expectations unfortunately it didn't. Im not even sure whether the store would accept another return.
Happy Days! – Baby Mode you were fantastic! Great staff and huge variety to chose from. we have three Boys need something durable and easy to use. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a good quality pram. Also great size heaps of room to load all the kids stuff into and more.
Good at first, but now it's fallen apart (literally) – Loved it initially for being easy to maneuver, and it felt really smooth when pushing. We got the bassinet, and it worked a treat for us, taking a newborn out and about. Before long though, we were experiencing the speed wobble (that lots of other reviews mention). Surely it's a design/engineering flaw for the wheels to wobble, when I don't even… Read more
have to be power walking or at any speed for it to happen.
We also experienced the brake issues (again, that other reviewers have mentioned), where the plastic red brake "button" (for want of a better word) broke off (so where your thumb is meant to be able to flick it while you press down). We don't even know at what moment it happened! Like one day, I just looked down, and realised it had completely broken away. Not even like something caused it to happen... Like another reviewer mentioned, the writing on the brake also chipped off. Eventually the brake cable was also very faulty, to the point where when trying to take the brake off, it would stay stuck in brake mode. This was very dangerous when we had the pram on escalators in shopping centres and were about to come off the escalator.
Icing on the cake was when I realised the bolt holding the chassis together on one side had completely come apart. It was like the bolt was just disintegrating! The stroller (with my son sitting in it), was completely unsupported on one side. He is nowhere near the max weight limit when this happened (under 10kg).
We have had some miscommunication with Brandstyle... my original review stated that we never heard back from them re the bolt. I have to apologise to Brandstyle for this false statement. My dear husband didn't check his junk folder, and Brandstyle did in fact respond. In my husband's defence, for some reason, even though Brandstyle's very first email to him made it to his inbox, all subsequent emails went to junk instead. And now that he has marked them "not junk", they still go there. I digress... since Brandstyle has contacted me via private message, they have been quick to approve our claim for a repair, and organised a courier to pick up the pram, all done within 24 hrs.
Really regret this purchase... as I said, we were so happy initially and found it great, but things didn't stay that way. The wobble was one thing, the brake cable another, but the bolt was definitely the last straw.
Glad the customer service is available, but the product itself is a worry, to be of this low quality. I'm happy the pram is going to be repaired, but dubious when it is returned to me, eg, what of the other bolt (that was intact)... I presume it has spent a bit of time "compensating", while the broken one was breaking away. I have this worry/fear that the "good" bolt will eventually go too.
Stumbled across perfection! – I absolutely LOVE my Jane Epic pram! It's super east to maneuver, light and easy to fold with one hand. The fact that you can easily fold the whole pram with the seat on or off is a big plus. I bought mine on sale and it came with the seat, bag, rain cover and bassinet attachment which was fantastic for when my daughter was a newborn. The… Read more
zipper on the seat hood is great for when it's hot to let the breeze flow through the mesh, a clever little design.
CON: The only issue that I've noticed (which is minimal) is that the front wheels sometimes get a wobble but I haven't found it to be an issue.
My partner and I moved state when my daughter was born and the movers damaged the seat and hood so I called Brandstyle Australia and they were more than happy to assist me with a quote for a package deal on a new seat, basket, handlebar cover and accessories of my choice.
It has been such a stress free experience with BrandStyle and Jane prams. Hopefully I'll be able to stick with Jane for all of my children prams!
Epic for Us! – We did a lot of research and purchased the Epic 2015 model + bassinet; specifically for the compact style/frame and small under basket. If you're looking for something to hold a big nappy bag and lots of shopping - this probably isn't the pram for you. My Pros: - compact, easy to set up and fold away (I am able to lift and unfold one-handed) … Read more
- frame is light and sturdy (compared to others we tried)
- smooth maneuverability
- the handbrake is located right where my hand is on the pram, so I never forget to use it!
My Cons:
- a little bit of a wheel wobble
- sunshade makes a clicky sound that may disturb baby
- seat does not recline flat
We managed to get a great deal on ours (just before the V2 was released) and I'm hoping we don't have to part with it!

Fantastic pram – Have been using the Jane Epic since bubs has come along and could not be happier, ease of use is terrific and is nice and light. Not only is the pram fantastic but service we received from Bruce at Jane was second to none. Highly recommend.
Wheel wobbles! – I don't even have to be walking fast and the front wheel wobbles. The shopping bad is awful to use and the basket is small. Which I knew but thought the bag would help. I also my son seem very reclined even in the most upright position. It was great when he was little but now as a toddler it isn't.
Wheel wobble is insane! – We did a lot of research for this pram, and needed a pram that would fold up to be fairly small, to fit in our car. We also wanted one that was easy to unfold and relatively lightweight. We initially loved this pram, but now after limited use, the front wheel wobbles uncontrollably (without warning) about half the time while the pram is in use.… Read more
It makes the pram horrible to push and uncomfortable for my baby.
I am SO disappointed as the pram was $900, more than others we considered, and still has this problem.
Jane customer service please help! I will amend my review when/ if you solve this problem for me- it seems like a common one, and you seem to recommend that you just tighten the wheels.
Seriously, for a $900 pram with light use, I shouldn't have to carry a screwdriver with me while using.

Undecided – Have just set my pram up as baby due this week but it seems like it's very loose and wobbley.. The frame does not feel too sturdy.. And I'm also a bit confused with the link fix adapters for my maxi cosi capsule, they don't seem to fit either.. Any suggestion you may have would be greatly appreciated..

Great pram besides the wheels!!! – After doing hours and hours of research for prams to get as a first time mum I decided to get the Jane epic as it was so light and easy to use and very stylish at the same time. I started using it but after only 1 month the wheels started shaking at first only sometimes but now 5 months down the track it happens all the time that it has gotten to… Read more
the point I have to lock them in place but then it makes the pram very stiff and hard to steer and not the reason why I bought it in the first place.
I am a little disappointed seeing as the pram wasn't cheap to purchase and is suppose to be one of the better prams. I am regretting my choice but seems as if the wheel problem is a problem with the pram.
Hi Dana,
There is an easy self fix for this. Please contact us on 1300 992 354 for instructions.

Not impressed! – We loved this pram when we first got it. Its light and easy to fold up to put in to the car. After 2 weeks the breaks disconnected and the pram almost rolled down a hill (with our new born inside!) The writing on the break rubbed off in a matter of weeks and every time I go for a walk the front wheel shakes like mad. We have been using our pram… Read more

Ok pram! – This pram definetly has pros and cons and they are extremes Pro- it is very light and easy to collapse and prop up, it looks great but the stickers have all peeled up I pulled them off! The canapy is really big and the window in it is great. Con - the wheel whooble was out of control i fixed it but I have to keep fixing it! I had a problem with… Read more
my brake but fixed it too. I bought the cup holder it didn't really work. was a waste of money. The chair has quite a whobble in it also.
Pros and cons – The pram is lovely and light, compact and when working properly, very easy to maneuver. Our front wheels wobble constantly. We have tried the fix as advised by the company (this info was forwarded to me by my sister who bought the same pram and had the same problem) and the issue continues, I find it easier grab the baby carrier. We have also… Read more
noticed an issue with brakes, they slowly loosen and make a ticking sound as the calliper goes into the brake, we have to keep adjusting the red thing every few days - again, this information was forwarded to me by my sister from the support team as she also had the same problem. We bought the pram at an expo where we were told we'd have bottle holders thrown in which never came. The writing on the brake lever (push) wore off in a matter of a couple of weeks. The paint on the buckle is wearing off (baby has only been in this seat a couple of weeks).
The pram is easy to fold up and unfold which is great for getting it in and out of the car, it is light which is a big plus! It looks great! It's easy to attach the seat and bassinet.
I have since updated my review to one star. The break cable sheath up near the lever is tearing. I can only assume this is hitting a part of the pram when it folds up. My baby is now three months old, the pram had limited use during the first six weeks of his life so the wear & tear on the pram at this early stage is ridiculous. If it rained & water happened to get in, I expect there could be some major issues. Obviously a massive design flaw. The wheel wobble wakes my sleeping baby all the time, as it comes on suddenly. No good for long walks, it becomes very frustrating.
As mentioned above, there are some pros, but for me the cons are quickly outweighing the pros. Very disappointed in this pram. $900 not very well-spent.
Love the pram! – We did lots of looking before deciding on the Jane Epic (was also between Baby Jogger). The price, including the bassinet, was attractive as we wanted our baby to face us for walks. It's industrial looks were also appealing It's sooo easy to fold / unfold, manoeuvre and put in our car's boot. Also, it's a very sturdy build.. Tightened the bolt on the front wheels and it's a dream to push Very happy.

Love the pram - when it works!!! – We did lots of research before buying a pram before we found this one. Great price with the bassinet attachment! We loved it and used it much more than our Ergobaby carrier because it was just so easy and comfortable to use. But over time, the wheels started to wobble if you went over a small crack in the concrete or a twig. Didn't think much of… Read more
it until it the front wheels just started wobbling uncontrollably each time we used it. You can't use it because if you keep pushing through the wobbly stage the pram shoots off in all sorts of directions which I feel is unsafe. It's also starting to creak like mad. This was after only four months of use and we take good care of it. I phoned the store we bought it from and organised replacement wheels - I was told the Jane rep would phone me. 1.5 months later - haven't received the wheels so phoned to check up. They haven't even been ordered! Apparently the Jane rep either forgot or couldn't get through but didn't bother trying again. I'm seriously disappointed. We've been almost two months without a pram which is so frustrating and seriously inconvenient. I love love love this pram and the bassinet was great when she was newborn - maybe we got a dodgy one but it's still not good enough and very disappointing.

Fantastic! – I love my Jane Epic pram. I used it from birth with the bassinet first. My baby wasn't a great sleeper in his cot so I would go for long afternoon walks and he slept like a dream in the Epic. I found it to be a very smooth ride, easy to manoeuvre and the suspension is good. I also found the wheels to be nice and sturdy. He's a year old now and… Read more
he's very happy in the seat attachment.
I like that the handle bar has adjustable height. This means it is comfortable to push by both myself and my husband. The nappy bag, rain cover and shopping bag have also been very useful. The shopping bag is great if you're doing a larger shop though I often just put my shopping in the bottom of the pram if I'm only getting one or two bags.
The Epic is a fair bit lighter than most other similar prams which I found appealing as I regularly need to put it in and out of the boot of my car. In addition, I really like that it can be folded up without the need to detach the seat.
Overall, I've found the Jane Epic to be a great buy and very competitively priced for such a good quality pram.
Excellent – I purchased this pram after reading and researching heaps of stroller reviews, was looking for something easy to pack up and something not too heavy or expensive, this is a great stroller to fold and pop into the boot, bassinet is detachable, but when your done with the bassinet, you then attach the seat, pram folds nicely with the seat in place,… Read more · 2
stroller was well worth the value at $799 pram came with the bassinet as a bonus, a rain cover and a nappy bag, it's lovely to push feels comfortable for the baby, has suspension coils for smoother rides over bumps and Bub sleeps all the way during walks, pram has a noticeable brake button at the handle bars for safety, which makes a good habit to get into of using it as well as a hand strap, handle has 3 adjustable heights
On the down side the storage basket under the pram Is pretty small, so not good for too much shopping, and the pram doesn't seem to be suitable for fast walking, found the front wheels to wobble when picking up the pace that's with the bassinet in use, might be different when a heavier toddler is seated will have to wait and see
