Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great due to the subcontractor used on my job. The workmanship initially didn’t appear to meet expected electrical standards. There were multiple issues that required rework, and the process involved a lot of delays, inconsistent information, and repeated follow-ups from my side before everything was finally corrected.
At one point I was seriously considering raising the matter with WA safety regulators, simply because I was worried about safety and compliance.
The company did eventually get the installation corrected, but overall it was a stressful and expensive experience and I’d strongly recommend ensuring you know exactly who will be doing the electrical work before proceeding.
Jarradale service – The service provided during the installation of our wood burner was seconded to none . I provided Jarradale with the wrong angle of the drop box . The installer contacted Jarradale who then dispatched the correct box immediately at their expense i completing the installation on the same day . Thankyou Jarradale. Richard Hayter.
Disappointed – We had Jarrahdale heating and cooling to install aircons. Management try hard to give a quote. With the price they quote one expect a good job compared too competition. Subcontractors that they use rush the job and don't care about the customer.
As Warm As Toast – We have just installed a Jarrahdale Convector Wood Heater with 2 speed fan. What a great heater! Our home which is normally quite cool due to a solid brick construction, is now as warm as toast. The Jarrahdale wood fire range has a variety of models to choose from and in our case we required a Convector model as it had to fit into a fireplace alcove. We are absolutely thrilled with the Convectors performance. It delivers as much heat as we need and the best part is that it combusts overnight and needs minimum effort to fire it up next morning. Overall, it is a stylish heater with a large firebox and big glass window fitted into an easy to open door.. Well made and delivers above expectation. It is that good that we were able to cook a delicious Rogan Josh curry on the heater hotplate! Top marks to Jarrahdale Heating and Cooling for a truly great product range.
Great Expertise and Excellent Service, Before and After the Sale – I had my evaporative air conditioner replaced by Jarrahdale Heating & Cooling just over 4 years ago. I selected them because the product they proposed appeared superior compared to alternatives, and I needed it to last. The quoting process was straightforward and efficient, with no pushy sales tactics. Fast-forward 4 years, the air conditioning has been doing its job. I had some minor issues that are common with evaporative air conditioners, and each time they were easy to reach, attended to it very promptly and resolved it completely.
It is difficult to find companies who provide responsive service and care about their customers, especially after the sale, but with Jarrahdale Heating and Cooling you can feel comfortable that you are looked after well.
