Frauds – Do not under any circumstances use this company. They are frauds. I will be looking to have them investigated.

Painfully Slow Dispatch and Delivery - Very Difficult to Contact – Table lamp ordered online Sunday 13th September 2024. When no response from company by the 16th I tried calling them but their phone number was disconnected. I made a query via the form on their website and they rang me back saying the order was ready to be dispatched. Wednesday 16th September 11:52am I received notice from Transdirect/Aramex that item was booked for pickup, with a tracking number and link stating ETA 17th. It is now Friday 18th and tracking status is still "No Status Yet" indicating item has not been picked up from store. I have been trying to ring their 1300 number but, while it is now not disconnected, it just goes to voicemail. No response to emails. Item is for a birthday present for tomorrow, 19th September. I serioulsy thought that a reputable company should be able to send a package from Dandenong South to Box Hill South (36 mins drive according to Google Maps) within a week. I won't be using this company ever again. If you really want one of their lamps, only order if you can pick up in store.
