I paid $12,000 up front in November 2025 for an order due December 2026. Since January I’ve made repeated calls and sent emails with no substantive response. I was repeatedly promised callbacks that never came and was told the order was “lost.” After escalating to a manager I was told the order would be shipped overnight and arrive the next day — it did not. Two days later I called again and was promised someone would get back to me; I’m still waiting.
As a business owner I expect reliable communication and accountability. This experience has been unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, I cannot recommend them.

Prices not consistent from 1 week to the other – Getting prices goes up and down all the time. Placed an order 2-3 weeks after another same product to be told price had gone up over $13 each per item, yes for price increases but this was a joke. Had taken this item many times, no warning of an increase or anything told they could not do anything.
Great service – My first transaction with Jaybro was very good. The customer service is what I expect from a business. Will be doing more business with Jaybro
Fast service & delivery – James and his team are extremely helpful with all your construction and civil site needs, from first aid kits, to signage, to bollards, these guys have it all. Truly a one stop shop and the team are a breeze to work with, nothing is a hassle, they will always do what they can to accommodate your requirements. I have worked with them for the last year and could not be happier that I chose to do business with them!
