Solar over voltage error code 8032 – The solar charge system charges at 16v on lithium and that's far to high as it shoul be around 13.6v to 14.4v. The technician found 1 dead battery and replaced it and i still got an error code 8032 and it blew out the fuse again. It looks like something's been wired incorrectly or i have a second dead battery. I can only charge solar when everything is powered off but as soon as it's powered up i get the same errror code and another blown fuse. Why wasn't this checked at the factory... the van is 4 days old and i'm already going out to buy 2 new batteries $1800 as i've lost faith in these ones

Purchased in for $88,970.

The Jayco All Terrain has met all of our expectations – Picked up our new AT 19.16.2 in Oct 21. After a few short runs to test things out, we spent 6 months exploring outback QLD mostly off the bitumen & on some pretty rough tracks throughout the channel country, edge of the Simpson desert & through the Gulf country. With a lot of remote country in between. Our van never missed a beat & never picked up a speck of dust. Nearly all camping was remote & totally off grid. Needless to say we're very happy with the value & performance of our All Terrain van. It meets all of our expectations. Any minor warranty work was done along the way with nothing being too much trouble. The van towed easily behind a 2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak.

Purchased in at Jayco Australia for $76,000.

Love It! We have had some of the best trips in this van – Going on to its third year and we really love this van. Many kilometers of dirt roads and still no dust inside. Gas heater was such a great thing on our trip to Broken Hill. A huge amount of storage, even room for a generator that we have not needed yet. Better value than anything else we looked at and the after sales care has been fantastic.

Purchased in at Jayco Australia for $74,000.

Jayco Journey Outback 2019 – Great looking van. Workmanship is disappointing. Dents in cupboards, laminate coming off, roof bowing in two places. All under warranty, but what a hassle. Should not have happened to start with. Dents found on pick up, laminate and roof coming down found the next day..... Jayco, workmanship for a $70,000 van, very disappointing. Jayco and Caravanland, take no responsibility, just because it is under warranty.... It should not happen to start with. Should have been found prior to picking up, Caravanland had it for a Month. Buyer be aware.

Purchased in at Caravanland for $68,854.

Over 20 weeks and still under repair!,! Only use it for four nights prior. Jayco or CaravanLand will not replace or refund monies. Lucky to get a email reply, when we make contact. Still paying insurance, rego fees...... Now the outside laminate has bubbles in it. Has to go to another repairer. Very poor workmanship. Who checks the quality assurance prior to leaving Jayco, or, before delivery...seems to be no-one on this Lemon. Be aware when you purchase a Jayco...... Even the repairer stated he would not buy one.......now that says something.
