Jazzy Mobile repairers – I had to get my sons Mobile iphone 11 screen repaired. Took the phone to Jazzy Mobile repairers in Southland Shopping centre . Spent over $190.00 on the screen repair and a screen protector. My son brought the Iphone 11 back to me, advising me the new screen had disconnected from the iphone body. Plus the iphone camera didn’t work anymore after it was repaired!

We took the phone back to Jazzy Mobile, long story! Will keep it short. The guy in Jazzy Mobile who repaired the phone refused to honour the 6 month warranty And replace the screen and fix the camera they damaged replacing the old screen!

I called into the Apple store on the way out of Southland shopping centre. They took a look at the replacement screen and said its rubbish!!!! Very low quality and they are not surprised the screen fell out of the main body of the iphone 11!

Apple asked me to contact VIC fair trading, which I am going to do about this shonky Jazz Moble !!
