JB Military Antiques

I was absolutely delighted with JB Military Antiques complete service. I sent my fathers treasured War Medals to them to be restored, cleaned and new ribbons attached. I had to Post them and asked them to post back by registered mail. The total service was beyond my expectations and my family are thrilled to see the rejuvenation. Thankyou JB Military Antiques.

One of the best businesses in Australia – Easily the place to go for anyone interested in genuine military antiques. The auctions held 4 times are year are easily some of the best in the world with amazing and rare items.
Excellent medal mounting service in Perth – Thanks JB military mounting for fixing up the utter shambles of a mounting job that the Swanbourne medal mounter had attempted on my service medals. You made me well aware of the shoddy and incomplete 'glue job' the previous medal mounter did on my set, you cleaned them up and mounted them correctly. I have and will continue to recommend your services. Laurence.
Great work ethic and fi wished product – Had my medals mounted at JB Military Antiques. Terrific job and the guys there were so helpful in sourcing the services badges I needed, which had been lost in my move west. Thank you all.
JB Military Antiques is a joke – If I could, I'd rate JB Military Antiques with zero stars! JB Military claimed my package was lost, yet provided no supporting evidence or confirmation of my accurate address on the label despite multiple requests by Invaluable and myself. It's as if the $700+ I paid for the Lot never existed in their eyes! I'm completely in the dark about whether the lot was shipped to the wrong address, seized, lost, or shipped at all. The employee responsible for shipping no longer works there, leaving no one to confirm. Despite numerous email requests to lnvaluable customer service team and JB directly, I've received no response. All I asked for was either documented proof of the lost lot or a refund, both of which were ignored.
The lot was a WW2 buckle, and I suspect it was seized by Australian Customs due to a Nazi ban, as it was shipped around the time the ban was signed into law.
I am compelled to warn future customers, especially international ones, about JB Military's disregard and lack of communication. Save yourself the hassle—I've spent over four months exchanging emails with one simple request: proof that the item was lost.
Seems like both lnvaluable and JB Military are clearly taking advantage of international clientele, knowing that there is no way to get your money back. I'll be reporting JB Military Antiques to the appropriate authorities.
