Quite professional and helpful – This company was so nice and helpful with my property, the quality of their work was worth the price as they really worked to their limits.

Not providing due care unless you pay higher fees – Incompetent! Dealing with this Conveyancing was more stressful than buying the house. After settlement they called me and said wrong stamp duty was calculated and admited reached incorrect amount.. Why would you need to pay a 'professional' when they didn't have the skill to calculate settlement figures: Council rate, and mostly didn’t do water calculation at all. Most unprofessional conveyancer I have ever seen. Not Good at all ! Cheater !! Ripped Client off !! Please do not use JC & CO Conveyancing

Worst service – Dealing with this JC & Co Conveyancing was more stressful than buying the house. Incompetent! After settlement they call me and say the wrong stamp duty was paid and admit to reach the wrong amount..they leave me confused and with settlement figures - Council rate and most, didn’t do a water calculation at all. Most unprofessional conveyancer I have ever used. Please do not use these people.
