No Integrity – They sell inferior shoes and do not stand by their product. Purchased Nikes and the soles lasted 3 months. Wouldn’t replace or refund and had a “it is what it is attitude “. Crap experience – absolutely terrible customer service!! also on the ad it says mens, but when purchased it was woman's. and I had I cover the cost of returning the product. which was there advert mistake. not to mention the time it took outve my day to complete this. no compensation offered what so ever and passed the buck as the metas fault for advertising. Show details

fine. Auckland is in lockdown. The queue at the post office was 12 deep and took 1 hour to get to the front. The voucher was REJECTED. I asked your staff (Abby) if this item could be picked up from my home. Apparently this is not possible, She sent another voucher. I went to the post office again - COVID lockdown - the queue was 15 people deep. I aborted because of health reasons and possible exposure to covid. You hold my $180 and I hold a child size shoe.

0 stars bruv – Placed an order a month ago and only arrived now bruh. They legit delivered 3 shoe sizes below the size I requested smh the outside of the box even states the size I ordered. If you live in NZ don't waste your time on them they play too much.

Very Satisfied – The shoes I ordered online were dispatched quickly and arrived in very reasonable time (I’m in NZ). The shoes were in mint condition and I’m glad I wasn’t put off by some of the reviews I had read on this site before placing the order.
