spoke to John, who advised replacing them with refills. They sent a new back blade too. But I couldn’t install the refills properly and when I did, they were worse than the originals. I emailed asking for help but received no reply.

They did refund me quickly — which was the only good part. But I still had to pay for the return postage myself and they only mentioned after that they didn’t expect me to actually send it back. If they didn’t want it returned, they should have told me when I asked.

Overall, I’m not happy with the quality or the after-sales support. I wouldn’t recommend Jenok wipers at all.

Excellent service and follow up by John from Jenok – I ordered replacement wipers for my Lexus, great service and I recieved the wiper blades a few days later. Unfortunatly the wipers blades did not fit. I got in touch with JOHN , fantastic service , he stated he would sort out the problem. His follow up was great , wiper blades replaced and recieved on the 2nd February. Thanks John for your excellent service and great Jenok wiper product.

Really good wipers and fantastic service – Bought a set of Jenok wipers on recommendation from a friend as my OEM Bosch set was jittering. The shipping was fast and the store was quick to respond to emails as the first set I was sent didn’t fit correctly. I received really great service and am very happy with the wipers as the jittering is now gone and they perform really well. Will be buying replacement wipers from Jenok for all my cars in future.

Wrong Blades – Bought wiper + refill combo for my Subaru Forrester 6 months ago. Finally got to fit them yesterday - totally wrong fittings - will never fit on a Forrester. Jenok may manufacture blades but obviously did not fit any of them to a car ever.

product is garbage – Product snapped off in less than 9 months on its own accord. Plastic used is of low quality and the design is poor.

Best wipers around – These wipers are strong, and better made than the original Merc sprinter wipers. Quick fast delivery, will definitely be getting my wipers from here from now on!

windscreen washer pellets - all for much cheaper than other online retailers (one which I tried and wasn't too impressed compared to the OEM). Hopefully these hold up - and in any case, I love that the blades are refillable so I can take my pick!!!

Replace my blades – Ok had a set of blades sent out for my 2016 Mazda bt50 dual cab. The blades worked great but when I replaced the second set was very disappointed they then send a replacement set as they said might have got a faulty set. I am amazed that the new set was spot on. Thanks so much what a company sent out a set with now questions. Very happy with the service thanks guys!

Super service. Ordered yesterday, arrived today. And they work much better than the original blades – Surprised at how good these blades are. Quieter and cleaner than the original blades. Edited: They're OK, but not great – Installed these in January this year. Didn't come with spare blades (or the windscreen additive), since I foolishly ordered off a seller in Melbourne on ebay, due to having a voucher. Delivery was very slow off this guy. well, they go clunk clunk clunk clunk at every change in direction at the end of the wiper stroke and are starting to judder at the area of windscreen at the base of the driver's view. So they are annoying. Yes, I carefully clean the screen. Customer service from Jenok is good, although they did not respond to my emailed question about how to install, since the ones I got from ebay were not assembled in the pack. Consequently, I worked it out myself. Will persist, since they were relatively expensive for aftermarket. Back to AC Delco for me or no-name brands next time.

Edit: I was messaged by someone through Product Review who says he works with Jenok, asking for details of the ebay seller. I provided the details, but no response back. Strange.

Great value, speedy free delivery – I purchased a front package deal for two wiper blades, two spare rubber refills and two wiper solution additives delivered for $59. It was much cheaper than any retail option i could find and was delivered in two working days during/after the floods in March 2021. Remarkable. OEM quality but slightly different sizes but still works just fine. Will buy again through them, no questions.

Quiet and effective – Purchased replacement wiper blades for my Peugeot. I wanted to buy Australian made, and high quality blades. These are great. They fitted perfectly, are very quiet, run across the window smoothly and wipe the water away without any streaks.
