Phantom Company – My husband and I, booked and paid for flights from UK to Ibiza 12 months ago. Once covid implications made it impossible to travel we immediately contacted the company, by email as it was our only alternative, to advise of our inability to travel and tried to cancel. There is no way to speak to anyone and emails get an unhelpful automated response. They then continue to email you boarding information etc and never acknowledge your attempt cancel your flight. We did not receive a refund or travel credit. Don't use this company!
