Don't bother if you want a reliable esim. Europe esim simply didn't work. Wasted hours on helpline and then you're expected to wade through many settings on your phone. Stressful when you've just landed at your destination. I gave up and just went with a Nomad esim - worked straight away with no hassles.
Purchased in for $35.
Horrible customer service. No accountability at all. Plans are expensive compared to other eSIM brands.
Terrible customer service - plenty of other eSIM use one of them and NOT Jetpac Obtained an eSIM orginally for Vietnam. No problem. When I organised a new eSIM for Thailand the problems started. It wouldn't activate. I contacted their WhatsApp support at 2pm, a response was received at 11.56pm. Interestingly enough I was asleep. They offered advice, but it was incorrect advice, and did not help. I managed to get it working myself by manually putting in the address details. The next problem was when I travelled to Vietnam again. The eSIM did not work. I contacted their support. This time they replied almost immediately. The problem being that they could not make it work. The support staff wanted another email address for myself. When I told them that I only had one, they said that I needed a second. Eventually they sent me a QR code. This simply did not work. I spend over 1.5hrs trying to fix this. They finally agreed to a refund. When I asked about my Thai eSIM they said that I would need to contact them when I returned to Thailand. I said that I was not willing to spend so much time trying to fix their problem. They offered a partial refund. I was not happy as I'd wasted so much time. I was finally put through to a supervisor (?). They were extremely unprofessional. They offered a partial refund, then withdrew the offer when I mentioned reporting as a fraud to the bank. They continued to go round in circles about it all, until I said if you won't refund the money make the eSIM work. At that point they agreed to the partial refund. Unprofessional company bordering on scamming.
There's lots of positive review, but have a read of the negative reviews. When something goes wrong there are common themes that it takes a long time with the support and often they cannot resolve the issue. Ultimately refunds are made. Don't waste your precious holiday time chatting with the clowns at the circus!
My advice take your business elsewhere
Follow-up · I’ve been asked for follow up. Activation never fixed. Wasted my time trying to make the eSIM work. Their support is no existent and their staff are rude.
