$220 deducted and no record of order – I placed an order on 12 December that was to arrive by Xmas. $220 was taken from my account. I have no order number, no delivery and Jets customer service has no record of my purchase. I’ve ordered before and it was great - I’m not sure what has changed but stay away to avoid being scammed!

Poor customer service – I have been trying to make a purchase using the first purchase code for a number of days. No email arrived after registering. Customer service hasn't helped after 3 days. Will purchase swimwear elsewhere. Dissaponting.

masectomy prosthesis, which slipped down towards my bell...y button and was very noticeable, especially as i am of small frame. The company refused to refund or exchange my swimmers(which were almost $200) and will charge me postage for their return. The email stated that as the swimwear are not chlorine resistant any wear in chlorine pool will impact upon them and therefore the company has no obligation to exchange/refund. I understand that frequent wear has a degrading effect on swimwear but if there is an expectation that customers should upgrade swimwear monthly if swimming at the public baths(in my case having access to an indoor swim facility) ,mascetomy swimwear would cost over $2200 dollars a year.If the expectation is that all customers should purchase chlorine resistant swimwear if seeking an exchange this should clearly be stated on your website. As I only had issue with the mascetomy structure of the swimwear and not chlorine issues I am unhappy that i was not offered an exchange.As a women recovering from cancer who is exercising for health benefits I found the company clinical and unhelpful in their lack of assistance and manners Fashionable, available by internet(live in rural area) Structure does not support prosthesis(which is size A small)

First Jet's bathers purchase & very impressed! – I usually buy seafolly bathers as I know they are long-lasting, don't colour fade and keep their elasticity. women to tighten the bow to increase support! The best thing about Jets is that you can get a swimsuit with a DD cup but the rest of the bathers is still a size 10! Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to customers who like bathers that are long-lasting with current trends and designs and want good support for those extra curves :) Long-lasting, trendy, large variety, Australian owned Expensive, hard to come by in stores
