Be careful people, this is a scam, they send you metal which isn't what they describe, and they aren't registered in Australia so basically you can't do anything. they won't issue you an invoice and their certificate is joking plain piece of paper say this product is genuine no mention of the product at all. Custom made Jewellery – I bought custom made wedding bands from Jewlr. The prices were reasonably affordable & jewellery I purchased was further discounted. I also got a complimentary gift from Jewlr for my purchase. I highly recommend them for custom made wedding and engagement jewellery.
Avoid if possible – Highly recommend that you do not purchase from this site. Cufflinks broke the first day of purchase, no response to emails and it is impossible to speak to anyone.
Purchased ring – I have just ordered my engagement ring order J3015359307. I have added a photo of the ring I bought , hopefully all is good .. I will let you guys know about the quality of the ring... So many bad reviews it's scary .
Terribly company! – * Ordered a letter "N" necklace for a friends 40th birthday in July 2022 and was sent a child's necklace. * When I inquired with Jewlr they denied it (this necklace would not of fitted any adult neck) and they advised the way to fix the issue was to pay more money for an extension + postage to send the necklace back. * Begrudgingly paid for an… Read more
extension and was sent back a necklace with the extension but the letter "A". * They tried to get me to pay to send their necklace back (even though it was their mistake they sent a necklace with the wrong letter back) and after numerous unanswered emails (weeks and months going by) they finally sent a new necklace with extension to me with the correct letter (noting this is now August 2023 and my friends 41st birthday had now gone by)! * There is little to no customer service, the quality of the jewellery is average and very thin and I would not recommend anyone buy from them.
Terrible QUALITY! – I was hoping to save some money and go with Sterling Silver for the metal. The ring was beautiful (shiny silver finish) when it first came. After a week, my fiance's ring changed color (black)! I came to fine out JEWLR mixes their silver products with other inferior metals! not wear! My advice, pay the extra money and buy elsewhere! JEWLR is cheap but so is the quality of their jewelry products.
Poor quality – Received a ring for Christmas, pretty ring but the stone fell out within 5months. Ring has 1 year warrant but we have to pay for a new stone.... if it was quality workmanship to start with the stone would not fall out. Show details
Don't waste your money!! – Rubbish necklace. Can't even see the names in real life. Very different to the picture. And Jewlr keeps deleting my reviews on Facebook and Instagram and on their page too!! Pretty poor form!!! Shows that you don't want to improve your products!!! Show details
Good service, prompt delivery – I was able to select specific stones in the design of a 3-stone ring. The product arrived very promptly (from Canada to Australia) and looked great, exactly as ordered. I haven't gone to the trouble of verifying the stones, eg: diamond vs cubic zirconia, but it looks right. The price is reasonable in comparison to other sources.
