Scam site – I have not received my jigsaw, the tracking number keeps saying waiting to be collected by courier…IN CHINA 3 weeks and I’ve still not received my jigsaw. I would not go through this company again.

Amazing service – I ordered on Monday & my parcel was in regional Qld by Wednesday. I didn't expect to see it until after Easter. Will definitely buy all my jigsaws from here in future.

Big range of puzzles at great value – I found the exact Ravensburger puzzles I was looking for at a great price. My order was delivered with a pretty fast turnaround. Our kids were really happy when they arrived. I'll be trying this store again for the next round of puzzles.

Always seem to be out of stock – Everytime I check this stores site they seem to have 70 odd percent of items out of stock. I give it a month or so before I check again but its like they never restock. Really disappointing as I would love to try a few as I'm housebound due to severe mental illness these days and bored senseless

Sent wrong puzzle – Ordered 2000 piece puzzle of fireworks over opera house. Sent 1000 piece puzzle of opera house, no fireworks. Obviously out of stock and admittedly adjusted cost down BUT I didn’t want a 1000 piece puzzle and I wanted the fireworks as it was significant to the recipient of the gift. Had my email address, should have emailed me & asked if I would accept the change of order.

Scammy site – They take your money, do nothing for days, then claim there was an issue with payment when asked about it. Waiting for them to return my money that they have been sitting on for days.
