happy with this option. He took the time to outline options for placing the units outside and suggested locations, which we agreed upon. He provided us with a very reasonable quote and we decided on the same day to proceed. In order to lock in an installation date, we had to pay a 30% deposit.
Prior to the installation date, Daniel called us to let us know they were out of 10kW units (for the ducted system) and that if it was OK with us, we’d get a free upgrade to 12.5 kW.
The evening before the installation date, Daniel texted me to let me know he and his crew would be here at 7am.
The next day, Daniel and his crew arrived at 7am sharp. The installation went very smoothly and the whole team was professional and considerate the entire time they were here.
In addition to installing the ducted system and splits, they removed our old evaporative system free of charge, tied off the ducting to the old vents, and patched and sealed the hole in the roof where the evap unit was mounted with sheet metal. (They don’t do gyprocking, so they couldn’t remove the old vents, nor could they patch up the Colorbond roofing where the evap unit was, but Daniel explained all that to us before we agreed to the job.)
Upon completion of the job, they swept and vacuumed the floors and even offered to take away some flattened Ikea cardboard boxes. Daniel then took me through the operation of the aircon units and provided me with all the paperwork, such as instruction manuals, warranty cards, statements of work (for electrical and plumbing), etc. He also showed me the location of the outdoor units, explained the plumbing and isolator switches, and showed me the new circuit breakers in the switchboard. (This last point is important, because in researching suppliers via Product Review, I read that some of the less professional operators piggy-back split systems off existing circuits used by powerpoints instead of wiring them to the switchboard.)
Shortly after 3:30, with the job done, paperwork signed, and funds transferred, they packed up and left.
Daniel is a very professional and considerate person and also competent in his trade and leadership of his team. I’ll definitely be recommending him and his team to anyone I know who’s looking to install aircons or have any other electrical work done.

Switch board lights upgrade – Josh and Apprentice did an excellent job at replacing our old switchboard and installing new lights from Old. Done in a timely manner professional And cleaned up after themselves. Polite and explained how the switchboard you worked after. Sam was also great when he came to do our quote we were surprised that we pretty much could get it done the next day.
First Class Service! – Faulty heating inspected and quote provided for replacement of 16 year old unit. Two days later, Josh S. and the team replaced roof heater and clearly explained each step with minimum fuss and a great deal of respect. calculations I paid a labour rate of between $450 to $480 per hour. Regrettably I had also previously paid $140 to join as a member to receive priority and supposedly members rates. The job was not completed correctly as no Certificate of Conformance was provided as required by SA regulations. I subsequently contacted this company regarding the missing certification and provided my email address as requested so that they may send it to me. That was over a week ago and nothing has materialized. My work remains illegal. I will never use this company again.

pensioner, had a couple of bad experiances with trades and they used this to rip me off. Buyer beware. SCAM ARTISTS.
Overpriced & No Concern for their Customers – Adelaide: We used ElecFirst & yes they where very prompt, well, very prompt to take your money. We where charged $134.00 ex GST for a replacement fuse, as after we found that the fuse only cost $4.85, that's a 2700% mark up. I don't mind paying for a service, but this was absolutely ridiculous....buyer beware.

Brilliant job! – Josh S and Josh B carried out multiple tasks including updating all interior lights, power points and light switches, mounting two TVs, installing four external lights and four weather proof points and upgrading our switch board. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome. And they were extremely tidy to boot. Great job guys.

Excellent service – I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new air-conditioning by Josh S, Steve and James B. They were very professional and made sure I knew how everything worked. They removed all the rubbish and took that with them. Very happy to recommend the company to family and friends.

Friendly team and excellent work – I was very pleased with the professional attitude that Daniel showed in his work.
