Fantastic Service! – Jim's Antennas did a fantastic job installing a new antenna at our property in Wright, ACT. The representative was knowledge, competent and had excellent customer service skills.

A very good job done in very quick time – Bimal was extremely prompt in responding. His team arrived on time for a quote, decided to install the TV then and there, and did a very good job wall mounting our TV. Thank you.

Not honest about costs upfront – Bimal did not provide us with a full quote before work. He dodged questions about how much it would cost us all up to hang our 65" TV using our own bracket as well as some basic cable concealment using two brush plates. Over priced – Simple job, take one TV off wall, replace with another, same brackets, same size TV, new TV already set up with connections, less than 30 min and over $400 later, will not use this service again.

Not Happy! No TV reception – We had 3 aerials installed by Farzad in some new units in Crookwell. Our first rental tenant moves in and can’t get TV reception. We are told by Farzad that it will be a week before he can come back to fix the problem! Not happy!

took a couple of weeks from when I accepted their quote until instillation. All emails were answered quickly and they were not pushy. Very happy with service and would recommend them.

Great service from Bimal who assisted with set up of our Foxtel on large TV as well as wall mounting a TV and inserting cord outlet so no leads would be running down the wall. The whole job was done really well and with a lot of care. Thanks to Bimal with his problem solving approach everything was up and running in no time. Would highly recommend.

fun began. Job done, the internet was connected, but websites would not open. Rather than leave me in the lurch and say "Job Done", [Name Removed] contacted my provider and spent a long period on the phone accessing all sorts of things I did not understand and could not have done. He would not leave until all connections were double checked, those he installed and those hat were already in place, and that everything worked satisfactorily before he was satisfied. And on top of this, he was cheerful and good company the whole time.

A credit to the company and to his own work ethic.

Farzad of Jims Antennas Kambah ACT – Friendly bloke did a good job at fair price I would definitely recommend Farzad. The antenna has a 3-year warranty and was installed neatly and quickly without fuss and works great even though I am in a fringe reception area.

Above and beyond – Farzad was amazing. The install of wall mounted TV was excellent, he asked for my preferences each step of the way, he even set up the TV (connected to internet, linked to digital tv channels etc..) and trouble shot an antenna issue. He also left the place clean and tidy.
