Disorganised - 2 callout fees unnecessary – The technician was asked to wire my current antennae to a new point in the house, so no new antennae was required - just wiring. He did the wiring and charged me $380, which I paid on the visit. However, as he stated, the job was not complete as he needed to install a booster and he didn't have one in his vehicle on that day. later to install the booster and charged a further $330. The Kingray booster sells for under $70. I believe I have been charged for two callout fees simply because the technician was disorganised. Surely a 'booster' is fundamental equipment for an antennae technician to have in his vehicle! A total of $710 seems exorbitant for a single point wiring job (all external wiring). I paid the price for the technician's disorganisation. Furthermore, at no time was I informed of the second charge in advance. Rather, he told me, before he left my house during the first visit, that he would 'do me a good price'. 'A good price' would have been the price of the booster only as I am not responsible for this person's lack of organisation. I can't help thinking that the price for this simple job would have been much less if the technician had a booster in his car on his first visit. Also, a discussion upfront about pricing would be ideal. Company invited to mediate, but failed to respond after documents sent.

I have request to put the Antennas – AUSTRALIAN MADE ANTENNA INSTALLATION FROM $299* but he charge me for 550 and calling me on the weekend and telling me that can you pay the invoice now . all the invoice time to pay one weeks .

Overpriced – I found it very difficult to obtain a clear quote and description of the work needed from the attendant. He ran and charged for a signal test even thought it was clear that the TV signal was working. Jem Martinez great to deal with clearly explained my issues with old aerial. Showed all results and explained on monitor. Fast and friendly made the experience great with the result of clear reception.

Orlando was very good with communication on what required fixing, we had Starlink sorted and running, relocating a tv aerial connection point and tv wall mount. Highly recommended.

What a great guy, Bill was here on time, and after a quick hello and an explanation of the scope of the work, he was into it. He did a first-class job and was easy to get along with. I will call him again if I need more work done.

Highly Recommend – Cris (Retro-Com) TV mount, negotiable, knowledgable, came out on the weekend, was on time, great communication, excellent job. I think one of the few trades people I have not had to do an additional clean after. What more could you want. Thanks Cris :)

Sorted out the problem quick smart! – Rob from Jim's Antennas Chermside confirmed in 10 minutes after my phone call that he could be on the job within 2 hours. Super quick! He arrived on time, was friendly and helpful, diagnosed the issue, and got it sorted within 20 minutes. It doesn't get much better than that. I'll get him back again for anything else I might need in future. Recommended.

I will definitely recommend – Shiraz called straight after I got off the phone with the operator, he said he will come in an hour which he did, he provided me with a quote and did the job straight away. I couldn’t be happier with this service.

Terrific Work – Having trouble with getting F.T.A. Channels after new Foxtel IQ Box was installed ..Tried other companies ,had no shows or couldn't fix it . Bill did a magnificent job! Highly recommended! – Bill kept us up to date as to when he could help us to install a new Television Antenna. Bill was on time, very professional, and did a brilliant job. Thank you Bill on a job well done! Outstanding service – We had Bruce and his team come out and assist with an aerial installation. They where fantastic to deal with right from the first communication and even even helped me out with another unrelated matter. Above and beyond what waa expected.

Poor television quality and reception – Mark and Daisy arrived when they said they would and were very friendly and helpful plus they eliminated all glitches and rectified the problem at a very respectable price that didn't break the bank.

Friendly & Efficient! – They came, they diagnosed our problem quickly and efficiently, our antenna didn't need changing, our wiring was shot. It was the hottest day and they were in our roof for what seemed like hours replacing all our wiring, not only did they do that they made up new cables from the wall to the TVs x 2. Very impressive and value for money. If you live near Jimboomba I would highly recommend this team!

Rohan was excellent – In the heat of Brisbane, Rohan worked in 34 degrees to check out my antenna and add a new TV point. He completed the job very professionally. Will recommend Rohan again.

Fantastic service – Very polite and progressional man. Workmanship is outstanding. Steven went above and beyond to complete not the job we were being quoted for but a job we needed done. He was fantastic working in the heat. Would definitely hire again and happy to refer him on to others.
