Karma Wangdi installed our security system, I can't praise him high enough. Excellent service, happy to ask for details from us as to the final position and angle of the cameras. Showed patience when showing us the options of the console. Overall i just cannot fault him at all, he was brilliant.

DO NOT purchase Dahua Home Security system from this business. Installers were prompt and efficient, but intermittent and inconsistent problems with the system have not been able to be fixed, and After Sales service and Tech Support from Dahua has been NON-EXISTENT. but to leave a message and someone will call me back - they never do. Nine emails have received automated response to say someone will be in tough within twenty-four hours - they never do. Very frustrating experience.

Diagnosing signal weakness and multi-TV set access to Free to Air as well as Pay for View – Frank was prompt and knowledgeable on all matters TV, including satellite dish and wi-fi input.
