watch channel 7 to name the least! I have tried reporting to the area manager and she only replied via email after many attempts, and was extremely biased to my complaints. Being a Franchise, the Company itself don't take any responsibility and its very clear that $ales is her only priority! You are better off with an independent business where they rely on value & good rapport! I will document everything on here, as I still have not had any proper resolution or compensation! Asked for model details of antenna on my invoice, franchiser refused, who knows what I was paying $800 for!!! $800 for 1 antenna & a "booster" (not needed) for only one port! No wiring of new ports even!!! What an absolute rip off for 45min job that still cost me more to fix!!!

they were quoting was superior to the others. I had been talking to Candice about the system and she was very accomodating and helpful. I arrived in Tasmania, on the Thursday, as I needed to pick up keys and try and get the house done on the Friday. Eric and Candice turn up to do the install of the cameras ( I was surprised, as I thought Candice was the admin girl) Candice is Erics wife and she helps him with the installs, ordering and admin. The job was completed very late on Friday, with the system running. These people worked liked Trojan horses and delivered a great system at a great price! Eric and Candice are a credit to the Jims Franchise, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I wish they were in Sydney, as I would have a few jobs for them here to do.

promised, and on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, polite and was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to quickly find a solution to my inability to access free to air channels after not being able to do so after upgrading from a Foxtel IQ-3 to an IQ-5 set-top box. What the supposed Foxtel technicians were unable to remedy over a total of two and a half absolutely frustrating hours in telephone calls over a 3 day period, Nader was able to solve in a matter of minutes! Without hesitation I will definitely use Nader and Jim's Antenna's again for any requirements to do with digital tv or aerial installation. In a perfect world, if trades people were all as user friendly as I just experienced with Nader and Jim's, then there would be no need to post reviews such as this.

I went outside the property by the entrance, he was egging me on to come outside and provoking me to have a fight with him, I went outside he did not do jack. I told him If I was being unreasonable or not nice, why did he have to go low too. He told me that "I was matching your behavior." He looked to me someone in his early 50s, he carried on trying to provoke to have a fight and talk more shit. To sum up do not let this guy in your property, very unprofessional, rude and aggressive. He's Caucasian, around early to mid 50s, bald top white hair on edges, wearing reading glasses. Lock your doors do not let him in, very aggressive so get someone else. So impressed with Andrew Somerville from Jim’s antennas. Rang straight away in response to an online quote and was very professional. Gave some advice straight away, and although I didn’t need assistance, would definitely recommend him. Will absolutely use his services next time due to his great response and professional manner.

Steve is one of the most honest and professional trades I've dealt with. He made the quote process easy and detailed, provided great recommendations and completed the work to a standard as though he was working on his own home. Will use him again wherever possible

Matt was great. Good communication and got to site when he said he would. Showed me the issues and replaced the antenna accordingly. Then showed me the readings afterwards. Highly recommended

He's an over pricing scam artist – I'm giving him 1 star for turning up otherwise it would be zero stars. The bracket had come lose and slipped and my antenna was nearly flat against the roof after strong winds. trying to scam a pensioner out of money. My niece climbed on the roof, straightened the antenna pole and tightened the bracket, took her about 5 mins, working perfect. [Name Removed] doesn't deserve your business, he tries to scam old people for money that doesn't need to be spent.

$650 for a starlink install?? – Heard I was a woman and quoted me $650 for a starlink installation (which is just using the existing antenna to clip on to and run the cords down). I called HQ to confirm this quote and they advised that they don't check up on their installers. What a joke.

Charged $165 . Did very little – Called local Knox Jim's antennas. He arrived promptly but went downhill from there. Did not even look at existing antenna, just recommended new one cost $850. When I checked myself found 2 loose connections. I called Jim's because I'm in my 70s and don't like crawling in roof myself but glad I did and saved exorbitant price of new unnecessary unit. Show details

I had Nader come out today to quote up a TV Antenna for my house. From the get go, he was very professional and communicated very well with me in regards to timing and waiting for the rain to stop so he could work safely. Gave me a very reasonable quote and was very efficient with the install. Would highly recommend him. Absolute top bloke.

Leigh Sutterby was fantastic, Highly recommend as we had a major issue in our appartment building. I previously had a TV technician out who could not solve the issue. After Leigh inspected the situation, he found the problem and rectified it.

Awesome – Organised on elderly customers behalf during roof plumbing works taking place to assess potential faulting antenna . Rolled the dice on google hoping for legit company. Allocated tech was Mowie . Turned up same day , transparent competitive pricing , very understanding and patient with my older customer explaining process . Highly recommend Mowie

Super honest and skillful – I can't recommend Satyam more highly, he found out problem straight away, it wasn't the antenna, he was honest fixed our problem in a flash and new we have over 80 working channels.

clearly and was also recommending things we should do or shouldn’t do which I appreciated. When he did our ethernet cable port he was very fast and efficient and I’ve had no problems since. I would greatly recommend this service as it was fast simple and easy.

Excellent workmanship and very pleasant experience – Nader & Mina came out to install a satellite dish because I was having heaps of problems with foxtel . They came out the next day, gave me a fair quote and started straight away. Very friendly down to earth guys who did a fantastic job, they even came back latter to install a new antenna on very short notice! I would give 10 Stars if I could . Thanks guys !

Super helpful and solved the problem – Steve from Heathmont was super helpful and managed to solve the problem during his visit. I had offered to pay more for his additional time, however he was adamant that the price was firm.

A job exceptionally done – Matt down in Dromana was exceptional. Responsive over text, arrived on time and delivered the service with professionalism and care. Brilliant. Not necessarily a cheap option but with service like that, do you really care?
