Good service all ‘round – The nice gent whose name escapes me was on time, friendly and confident with what he was doing. Made good decisions and communicated well, as the job was a very large tv with quite a bit of nuance to the set up.

Lock Your Doors – We requested to get the TV antenna checked from our property manager. The guy turned up today on van from Jim's antenna (a franchisee). tenant of the house while providing an antenna booster to not take it when we vacate. I had expressed to him that I got his message and things got heated up in an argument. I went outside the property by the entrance, he was egging me on to come outside and provoking me to have a fight with him, I went outside he did not do jack. I told him If I was being unreasonable or not nice, why did he have to go low too. He told me that "I was matching your behavior." He looked to me someone in his early 50s, he carried on trying to provoke to have a fight and talk more shit. To sum up do not let this guy in your property, very unprofessional, rude and aggressive. He's Caucasian, around early to mid 50s, bald top white hair on edges, wearing reading glasses. Lock your doors do not let him in, very aggressive so get someone else. Glad I called Jim's Antennas, very reliable – Adam understood my needs for installing the TV on the wall. He demonstrated his knowledge how to connect Tv Streamer and to ensure the height is right for viewing the subtitles.

Rubbish Job – could not recommend this service Overcharged didn't check access ,cut hole in wall then decided it was in the wrong spot , no repair offered ,installed plate to cover the hole Didn't clean up plaster dust

Excellent service – Immediate service. Got to the bottom of the tv/ internet problem straight away. Good advice re what was needed to reconnect to the internet, and now able to access complete tv services.

New Aerial – Contacted Jim's Antennas(Luke) in Geelong for a quote on a replacement Aerial. Worker who attended our house was friendly, prompt and informative. Replaced our old antenna and installed a new antenna and our TV reception is now great. Thanks Luke and crew.

Efficient and Friendly – I had couple of young fellas come to install an antenna and 2 wall mounts. They were very knowledgeable friendly and efficient. Great service overall. Looking forward to installing a 3rd bracket and I will certainly be re-hiring.

the guy is honest – That day the guy was honest. In my garage I have a device which does not need any antenna, but I do not know this. That day before Jim's guy came the other guy from another company had inspected my property and wanted to install an antenna under my roof . This guy knew I did not need any antenna but he still wanted to install one. Luckily I did not ask him to install one. So Jim's guy is an honest guy. you can trust their service. TV on the wall no fuss – I have had a Jim's guy come out twice to put our TV on wall once in Melbourne and once in Geelong after we moved. They showed up on time, were professional and took the time to ensure everything was lined up and correct. Price was fair. Adam in Lara also marked the studs for us to screw our TV unit on the wall to keep it safe for our climbing kids.
