Guy installed new roof antenna. Advised me to get new t.v. for bedroom as not receiving all channels. Was very friendly and polite. Would deal with this business again

Frank Younis was my first contact upon calling Jim's. When i had him over the phone I knew this guy knows his stuff. He had my antenna installed & refreshed me with knowledge of the various antennas available & one that fits the best. He did the signal checks & it was good to go. Thanks Frank for the excellent service mate! Wouldn't hesitate to call him in a wink!

Frank was great, no issues there but when I looked up the antenna that I paid $450 for it was available for under $100 online. I have no issue with Jims making a reasonable profit, but I feel like I've been ripped off.

going to be a fairly complicated exercise. I contacted the equipment vendor (Powertec) and they recommended Jim's Antennas. I spoke with Ali at Jims and arranged a site visit where we discussed the process, quote and requirements. The installation would require Ali as well as his electrician to undertake the installation and therefore the quote was more than I was expecting. I was impressed with Ali's knowledge and professionalism and agreed to the price. The installation was scheduled for a few days later and I was on site for the majority of the 5 hours it took to complete. It was not an easy job and the equipment installation was only a part of the process as I came to realise, when Ali and his helper adjusted the antenna to optimise available frequencies and service levels. This process entailed simultaneous visits to the roof adjusting the antenna and reviewing the data on a spectrum analyser. As we have a two storey concrete building, the location of the "in ceiling antenna" on the ground floor was critical for optimal coverage. Ali briefed me on the process and subsequently the results. There were two cellular sites that provide coverage and as I was currently using Optus initially chose one located in Swanbourne as the other was primarily Telstra. Ali showed the results of both towers and it became obvious that the best signal strength and choice of frequencies was on the Telstra tower in Mosman Park. Bottom line is Ali and his colleague knew exactly what was required took all necessary care with the roof install and sealed the ingress to the ceiling cavity securely. They supplied a high quality mounting fixture and brackets and installed the internal antennas in the optimal locations to ensure future access if required. power point are behind the tv pre built with the home Then tried charging another 150 again to put in a larger "conduit" So as a result the cables are hanging down the wall and the tv is noticeably off centre Its a brand new home in the theater room And expensive tv and hes left it like that Then after calling jims antennas the installer called back my mother and wanted more money to come back and was very rude and agressive on the phone to her So i left a post on there Facebook page They msgd me asking for me details saying someone would call me but no one did Then they deleted my post My dad is very ill with heart failure and isnt capable of inspecting the work done This installer took advantage of him Extremely disappointing and unscrupulous Would not ever consider using them again We chose jims antennas thinking a larger franchise would be the safest bet Obviously not Buyer beware

They were really easy to book and they were available the next day. The guy who came to set up our new Starlink satellite antenna on our roof and modem was, professional and extremely polite. I would recommend Jim’s Antenna’s to everyone.

Adam from Jim's Antennas was so very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He knows his stuff and I would definitely recommend him. He sorted out my labyrinth of unnecessary cables and plugs and then effortlessly installed my TV in prime wall position - I'm very happy with the outcome.

Very expensive ripped me off charged me $520 to install antenna this same antenna i got it from someone else next day for my other house for $379 installed. They are too expensive dont use them. After sales services is terrible we called them for assistance when we could not get sbs and Chanel 2 and the guy said he will charge us to come back to help us find Chanel’s will neve use them again

Ripped Off !!!!!! – We organised for [Name Removed] to see what was happening with our Wifi as it had been hit-and-miss for some weeks. We had renewed our modem only 2 weeks ago to no avail. better. We had [Name Removed] come around again and he now advised me we needed a new TV but I stated that all other TVs had worked prior so I didn't think it was the TV. He then tried to sell me a Humml streaming box. To this, I said I would sort it out myself. It appeared to me he had no clue what the problem was but was happy for us to keep forking out money regardless. As he was leaving he suggested I get a new modem ... I mean really. If you don't know how to fix something just be honest instead of having your customer spend money in the 'hope' the issue will be rectified.

Pushy and overpriced – I booked in to have someone take a look at my aerial as my TV wasn’t working. A guy by the name of [Name Removed] came out. Removed] called me three times before the due date cashing payment for work that was not done. This company is a joke and I absolutely wouldn’t bother with them.

Ibrahim was really prompt with his communication, clear with his explanations and very kind to my elderly friend who he was assisting. I highly recommend his services for fixing the antenna

I recommend Adam from Jims Antenna, just moved into new home TV and starlink not working. He ran a diagnostic and determined that the antenna was not working and starlink not installed properly. Rang in the morning. Ibrahim rang me back moved a couple of jobs around and got my place late arvo. Even though he should have knocked off he stayed and completed the jobs. Top guy top work. Polite, informative, ultra professional. Highly recommended

Frank contacted us not long after our enquiry and turned up the next morning, Good Friday, to repair our antenna. Informed us what had failed and replaced our antenna. The job was done in under an hour. Frank was friendly and let us know what was required before proceeding with the job. Very happy.

tuned in the tv (which was new and never used before) as well as setting everything up so our Telstra TV could work at the same time as free to air without having to swap round cables or remotes. 100% recommend Aman and Jim's Antennas Fremantle for a great job.

Fixed my pixelating tv – Greg was fabulous. Arrived prompt and did the job and explained what was happening along the way.we had our granddaughter visiting while Greg was here and he didn’t get annoyed when she spoke to him.
