Rohi’s friendly attitude, great communication, and positive energy made it a pleasure to work with him. He’s passionate about his work, very reasonable with pricing, and genuinely cares about delivering quality results. I also appreciated his excellent post-renovation service — he happily came back for a few touch-ups without hesitation.
His “no job is too small” attitude and professionalism are rare to find. I highly recommend Rohi and Kim’s Bathrooms North Sydney to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality renovation work.

Unfortunately this business could not assist me with a bathroom renovation. Jim's Bathrooms advertise a stress free bathroom where "the showroom comes to you, then visualise your new bathroom with our interactive design software. No guesswork". This was not my experience. When I queried this with the franchisor, I was told "some franchisees may offer the bathroom design after they have been engaged, while others may not. It is quite standard to provide the client with a design and tile samples during a showroom visit". This contradicts what they advertise.
Also, in a quote provided, it stated that should I accept their quote that I would need to pay a 5% deposit which is fair. But it also stated that on top of deposit, I must in addition pay for the Domestic Building Insurance (this is a legal requirement in Victoria for building works above $16k). It further stated that the cost of this insurance was estimated to be approx $1416 (which appears excessive). According to my understanding this is not right. It is a legal requirement in Victoria to provide the customer with Domestic Building Insurance prior to taking a deposit or commencing any work. The certificate issued to the customer is also required to show the cost of the premium.
In addition, I asked when do I receive the Domestic Building Contract as quote stated that if I am happy to proceed to pay the deposit. I did not receive a response.
It appears that they would prefer to wipe their hands of me due to the legitimate questions I raised. As a senior citizen and due to vulnerabilities and previous poor experience with trades, I have to do my homework and due diligence to ensure that all is above board. I was hoping that I could get a stress free bathroom renovation backed by a reputable company. This was unachievable.
Very satisfied – Had my ensuite refurbished to a new modern look and I am more then pleased with it. I want to give a massive thank you to Vince and the team for getting this project done for me. Replacing a mid-90s bathroom – I highly recommend Steven and his team from Jim’s. We were fortunate to be the recipients of a Jim’s Bathrooms $25,000 giveaway. The team were great to deal with: good communication, reliable in turning up as planned, polite and eager to please. They were really helpful in making design choices and managed the project really well.
