JK Williams

Bad and unprofessional – Roads were resealed in March 2023, vehicles were permitted to drive on the roads after works were completed however this resulted in tar marks on our 4 month old driveway. Issue was raised with JK Williams and they acknowledged the issue. JK Williams have sent several workers to inspect and of late had the driveway professionally cleaned by Jim's Cleaning which resulted in further damage to the driveway with the paint being stripped. Photos of before and after have been provided and even facetime call was conducted.

Six (6) months later JK Williams are now not accepting liablity for the damages and have requested I refrain from contacting their office. Very unprofessional and poor customer service for a business that has been operating for 60 years.

Text messages of late are being ignored and todays responses are from emails which is a cowardly act

I find this to be very unprofessional of JK Williams they should be ashamed.
