me. I went and ordered the usual stuff like,tables,chairs,table covers,lights,mobile fridge. I was dealing with a lovely lady called Jillanne,Over the ensueing weeks I was back and forth with questions? She never got frustrated with my lack of knowing what I wanted but instead gave me great suggestions and ideas. So we were happy with our order and were ready to go. Then with 4 days till the party we had Storm warnings of 200m will be hitting us on that night. So to say stress levels rose was an understatment. I looked at there catalogue and they had Marquees so I had no clue about these but with rain falling lightly 4 days out I wasnt feeling very confident with my options. So I went down to R & R and was served by a gentlemen called Lindsey. Wow how lucky was I that he walked up to serve me.I told him our problem and he gave me options and why he thinks I should go with the 6 x 12m marquee as it would hold the required amount of people with room between the tables for peoples comfort. I said that we were on a slight lean and Lindsey reassured me that this would not be a problem as he has encounted this many times and he explained in depth how they approach this problem. Well we ordered what Lindsey recommedned at a very reasonable price. Then he asked if they could come an erect the marquee 2 days earlier than normal which I was very happy with so I could watch the whole process and understand what he was telling me. They turned up on the thursday,Lindseys son and 2 offsiders. They were very dilligent and friendly and were merticulous with there measuring so that everything aligned for the framework. Wammo the jobs done and the son gave me great feedback on how everything worked with regards to the flaps opening and so forth and didnt leave until I was comfortable and understood what he had explained. Well Saturday came and so did the rain but due to having the Marquee up we had a great night with no one getting wet. Today being Monday they were there early to pick the mobile fridge and take everything down. Lindsey said that they would deliver,set-up,check everything,then pull it down and pack it away. I still remember his words. Ive been doing this along time and seen big storms,these Marquees will stay up and I guarantee you everything will be fine. To his word everything was fine and we had a wonderful night. Thanks Lindsey,Jillanne,Lindseys son and the great team.I know where Ill be going if I need to hire anything in the future.

Access Rentals went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy my requirements for a very difficult residential access job. He is an extremely amenable man who made it feel as though my job in Fremantle was the only job he had on.

Initially I emailed six companies with the same request: to quote on a machine needing to fit through a garage 210 metres high and 240 metres wide. And once through, had only 2.8 metres to spread its supporting legs on an uneven but unknown decline. Talk about challenging!

While the other companies sent email quotes, Andrew was the only one to do a site visit for Access Rentals to determine exactly what machine would work. Using an app he measured the 5° degree ground decline, plus the 8 metre height of the building needing painting. He then arranged for a rough terrain scissor lift 26ft-SDR with straight supporting legs to be delivered and then collected for a very reasonable price.

Not only did his suggested scissor lift fit perfectly in the compact space, and delivery and collection went smoothly, but because my original painter fell out Andrew also put me in contact with an excellent painting team that completed the job in record time!

Between the time of the site visit until the end of the job, Andrew kept in good phone and text contact with me to make sure everything ran smoothly. He is a gem in a tough industry.

Despite the fact that it was essentially a small job, Nathan, the General Manager of BSLH, personally visited our site, to inspect the job to verify the best equipment for the task. Very impressive! We hired a knuckle boom, for what was initially to be a one day job. After the first day, we identified additional tasks and Nathan arranged for the equipment to be shifted to outside the building. As it turned out, the job became more complicated than we originally planned and BSLH again responded quickly and efficiently, offering considerable assistance to permit us to complete the task. BSCH’s professionalism, willingness to assist well outside the original brief, ease of communication, value for money and courtesy, well and truly exceeded all expectations. NSW Government legislation now requires all units in apartment buildings and condo's to have tags on both the door and the frame. This is part of the fire regulations This company had installed both the frame and the doors in our apartment building approximately 21 years ago along with the tags. The communication with them is lamentable where one minute they advised they would supply the tags if a stat dec was supplied and after a week of communication they changed their minds. This company is indecisive and cannot provide prompt and accurate information about such an important matter. They have clearly abrogated any assistance in providing information of where to obtain such tags for a product that they installed and have walked away. Clearly any future dealings from potential customers should keep this is mind with any products that this company is marketing, Caveat Emptor

to grouting stuck in drain when house was built, but in the report he wrote another reason for smell which didn’t make any sense. I rang the company to have the report corrected to the truth but [name removed] said the report is done & cannot be changed I asked to speak to the owner and she hung up on me.
