Poor Air Conditioning Workmanship – Initially, very responsive to your call/query. Did a check on my air con for gas leaks etc and re-gassed. A few days later the air con didn't work again. I rang [Name Removed], told him my air con was still not working properly. He said I would have to PAY FOR ANOTHER CALL OUT FEE. I told him he needed to check the work he did. He would not honour his work and expected me to pay another $440 to get the same result. I rang another air conditioning company, they told me the gas leak was caused by the hose screws not being tight enough. Problem now fixed, caused by [Name Removed] not tightening the hose screws and didn't want to return to fix his mistake and wanting to charge me again for his mistake ! So I would not recommend JM Refrigeration. This was 2022.
