Excellent work. Good advice and reasonable quote and the installation was meticulously carried out. The installers were on time..every stage carefully explained..any mess cleaned up and we now have 2 elegant and beautifully working cinditioners..very happy with the quality of the work.

time out to brief us on their plans and confirm vent, duct and controller positions. The roof space is not an easy place to work, but there were no complaints. On completion of the job the team leader again took the time to fully explain the operation and details of the system. We purchased the wifi controller and it is really easy to control on the phone app. Also has a wall HMI, which is really easy and large font. Notes: There was zero mess, no dust - they used an extraction system when cutting the vents, had dust sheets and floor mats when working, and left no waste materials or off cuts. The team were polite and respectful. On inspection, the workmanship is clean and finished. The position of everything is well thought out. And most importantly, it is quiet. I highly rate this team and I recommend them.

This is amazing value – I was referred to Joe Cools by my son and daughter-in-law, who had engaged them a couple of years ago. I enjoyed meeting Damon, and thought his price for a ducted reverse cycle system very reasonable. Today I was rewarded by a 'perfect' installation. job in as quickly as possible and arrived and finished on time, tidy - took all the rubbish away and the old unit, follow through- gave us a unit tutorial and left written unit details, warranty contact numbers and clear maintenance and care instructions! Great people working in this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Excellent Service – We needed an old ducted air conditioner replaced promptly before Christmas and contacted several companies for a quote. Out of these we were most impressed with Joe Cools with the best combination of cost, reliability, helpfulness, promptness and generally doing their best to comply with our needs. Would fully recommend giving Joe a go.
