We use this with our little one from a baby and we’re still using it now and she’s 14 months old because she still likes to have bottles in it. We don’t use the swinging mechanism any more, but we found that it was fantastic and because we had the… Read more

snoo It was a really good transition from being in the snow all night to coming out into the lounge room and it was I felt had so many options. We sounds options of movement. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest any new mums . I did buy the highchair because I’ve had such a good experience experience with. This chair because the first high chair II got I didn’t think it was very good quality. I’llI write a review on the high chair

Follow-up  · It’s really easy to recline this just a little handle at the back is a bit like where most prams have the recline or our highchair has it as well. Cleaning is very easy once you work out her hair take it off and on I do find it was a little bit heavy and hard to put on the base so it’s not that portable. I don’t think us it wasn’t anyway. She still likes to drink it today. I won’t be reselling it or moving it on.

Love it – I got this swin in December 2023. We chose the flowers style off the Joie website. Pros - Its really beautiful to look at - The seat can face any way - The nightlight is extremely helpful in the evenings when we are trying to wind down with baby and keep the room dark - Its not massively oversized in the base- it's not taking up 3/4 of your… Read more ·  1

living room lol - The seat is reclinable - There's music and nature sounds and they don't actually sound too bad - There are numerous settings for the speed of the swing, it doesn't take long to find babies favourite speed and because the seat is multi directional,- their favourite type of swing (fwd/backwards or side to side) - Its not loud when running and there's no ticking sounds or anything - The seat is removable so I can place my baby in it and also use it as a little rocker while I'm doing things like pegging the washing etc. - It arrived to me really quickly once the order was processed. - I really like the 5 point harness as opposed to the oldschool ones where the buckles don't come apart. This makes it SO much easier to get tiny arms in and out of when bubs is asleep. - Colours are beatiful as are the embroidered little toys

Cons: - EXPENSIVE!!! For a swing that a baby will grow out of by aprox 4-5 months, this is an expensive buy - The cord could be longer, I need an extension lead to get it to reach the only powerpoints we have free - Its quite heavy - The website sent 0 confirmation of order or an invoice after I purchased the swing. I had to email them to make sure I wasn't just scammed out of a lot of money. Thankfully, they replied within 2 days and told me the order would be processed shortly and the tracking number would be sent when it is. - I'd like to see a hood over the little seat to protect from bright lights - The seat doesn't recline very far. I'd like for it to be able to recline significantly more so baby is more encapsulated by the seat and is laying down rather than still half sitting up and slouching down or slipping down into the seat. I ended up putting a rolled up swaddle around the insert (Behind it) to make it more snug /hugging her for her as she was just kind of sliding around everywhere in the seat, being so tiny.

Stopped working baby only 7 weeks old. Replacement is brilliant – Swing and light won't come on with batteries and plug. Update contacted joie and they arranged to pick up an replaced my swing with a brand new one within 2 days, which has been working since baby is 8 months old still going. Baby and I both love it. Show details

I love this swing!! – For my 3rd child this would be my most favourite buy! I love this swing it’s like an extra pair of hands. I love that you can take it in and out and the different lullaby’s and white noise and that you can adjust the volume level! The whole thing comes apart and is machine washable Show details ·  1

Good idea but poorly designed – I would not recommend this if your baby is a new born. The neck and head rest is a joke. Even when I put the cradle on the flattest setting my babies neck is just bent and flopping around with the movement of the swing. I would not buy this. Expensive is not always better. I'm sure you can buy something for half the price and receive something better in value. Show details

Great swing – We love the chair. It calms my little one and put him sleep. He loves the sound of birds. You can easily roll the chair while baby is sitting in it. But I didn’t like it when he was very small. He look very squashed. We started using it from 5th week onwards. I would definitely recommend it.

Best invention ever – Omg all i can say is WOW. This swing is the best swing I've ever owned, I've got 6 kids so I've used alot of different swings and rockers, and none can compare to this. It looks really good, is super sturdy and my bub loves it. It's so well designed and is very compact and convenient. 5 stars. Show details

Not for newborns – This states that it can be used from birth but I’ve found that baby tends to be hunched up and looks very uncomfortable in it, he is now 2 weeks old and it’s still the same. Show details

So many features! – This has so many features that it would just about cover everything you need in a swing/bouncer seat. We use it every day, multiple times a day for various things. When our baby was newborn it was super comfortable for him and he enjoyed the motion allowing me to sometimes eat a hot meal! When he was a few months it was the only place he would… Read more

sleep during the day that wasn’t our chests. It was also super handy to take the rocker seat all over the house including the bathroom so I could shower. Now he is a big 5 month old and he loves the height advantage to see his older siblings play and the rocker seat has become a great place for him to sit while he starts eating solids as the seat inclines.

The only down side you may find is that it is quite large. Didn’t bother me but it might be something to consider.

Worst value for money! – I bought this product back in 2015, used it for 4-5 months for my first child and then packed it for next child. Opened it after 4 years and to my surprise the motor stopped working, neither with cable nor with batteries. After following up with the customer care for more than a month they advised that the motor is not repairable and needs to be… Read more

replaced all together at an extra cost of $165+postage. There's no doubt that this product offers great features but I would not recommend it to anyone if you are looking for a good quality and durable product. Refrain from burning your hard earned money!

Not one of the lucky ones – My 6 week old baby only tolerates being in this thing when he is fast asleep when we put him in there. As soon as he wakes up in there he cries as he is scared. We can also never put him in there when he is awake because again he will cry because he is scared. I hope this improves as he gets older but I’m overall disappointed as this hasn’t worked for me like it has for other people. Your baby will either love it or hate it. Show details

LIFESAVER Highly recommend – WOW so thankful for all the other positive reviews for this Joie Serina 2 in 1 baby swing which swayed my decision to buy and try despite the heftier price tag. Let me just say this is WELL WORTH the price and has been a lifesaver being a first time mother to give my arms relief from carrying and holding my baby girl all day. I used from 1 months… Read more

of age but really wish I had started using this when my baby was a newborn (it has handy newborn insert) but I only found this after my baby turned 1 month old as my arms and back became so sore from holding her all day. This swing soothes baby and is the closest thing to feeling as though they are swinging and being held in the arms. Highly recommend you buy this if you want rest and also want time to do housework efficiently without having to hold baby too. It can be used as swing (to play or sleep in), has 5 point safety harness to secure baby in for maximum safety and can also be taken off to use as a vibrating rocker separately along with practical functionality of being able to be used to feed baby in as well! The swing function can be swiveled 90 or 180 degrees to conveniently change baby's perspective and swing angle and there are 6 swing levels from slow to super fast depending on what baby finds most soothing and comforting. It also has wheels at the base so you can easily move to any room to use. What an ingenious invention! My baby is 5 months old now and I can see her still using this for months go come LOVE LOVE LOVE

Its great! – Bought it since my bub was 2 months. Now my bub is 8 months and he's still using it. I can say It's a must have item! When he was crying. I put him in the swing and he stopped crying and fell asleep so easily Just one thing I dont like is it has the noise that a bit annoying sometimes but its all good. Its worth it

Gets baby to sleep – Bought this after suffering through 4 weeks where baby wanted to be held constantly and refused to be put down. I knew it wouldn't solve his need for comfort from feeling body warmth and smell but I was so desperate I forked out the $330 to buy one. As expected he wouldn't have a bar of it when he was still going through his leap and while he… Read more

had a cold, but once he felt better he did fall asleep fairly quickly and unassisted in the swing. After a feed Just strap him in, turn it on and within 10 mins he was out. He was also content to watch the world go by in it if he wasn't sleepy, saved me from having to hold him.

It's good that it swings both ways, is easy to move from room to room and has various music sounds. Seat is comfy and the small mobile toys entertain him. Vibration function needs batteries to operate which is a bad design as it should just work from then mains power.

Best swing on the market – This is my second baby swing. The first one ran on batteries and I noticed after 6 months the motor slowed right down. No problems with the Joie though. The motor never lost power after 9 months of use. Definitely the best multi use swing out there - the seat lifts off easily with one click, not like others where you have to pull and jerk the… Read more

seat to get it off. Its operation is smooth, easy to move around the house thanks to the wheels, and it's great to remove the seat to carry a sleeping baby to

another room. Plus it runs on both batteries and main power - so when we lost power one night bub kept peacefully swinging, but you don't have to run out and buy batteries every few days like most battery operated models.

Expensive but well worth it.

Great for sleeping baby – I bought this swing for my baby when she was 3 months old. Unfortunately, she didn't like being put in it while she was awake. Once my baby is asleep, I put her in it and rock her on low (setting of 2). I have only used the swing to rock up and down, rather than side to side. My baby is now 7 months old and the swing continues to keep her… Read more

sleeping. I only ever put her in it while she is supervised as she often keeps her head low in a deep sleep. When she awakes she often plays with the hanging trees. When you turn on the swing, it has an automatic noise which I find annoying, so I immediately turn it off. I do like the swing, I just wish that my baby would tolerate it while she was awake.
