Buyer beware. No customer service. Pre order gift for my daughters birthday never delivered. No contact phone number, so tried 10+ emails, chat text, socials direct message. One email response acknowledging the order and non delivery. Offered a refund but never recieved it and no further responses recieved. Beyond disappointed. Horrified this label exists.

This would be one of the most incompetent companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I note their effort in dealing with customer service inquiries by continually updating their email address. You will get an automated message saying ‘we’ll respond within 2 working days’. websites are non existent now. I have an article of clothing I paid for back in May 2025 It continues to remain outstanding. I am now forced to contact Consumer Affairs to try to get a refund. Do no purchase any product from this company. They must be on the brink of receivership

Ordered a shirt and never received it. They did not reply to my numerous emails. There is no phone number to call. After a lot of time wasted and stress, I had to get my money refunded through my bank. This has happened to many others. I just can’t understand how they are still trading!

Beautiful clothing but horrendous service. Have sent countless emails and messages through social media trying to arrange a return. Garment returned and delivered but no refund or contact at all. The worst customer service I have ever received from an online store – I ordered a dress online and paid for it. that their "marketing team" was flooded with emails. It sounded like they spend more time on instagram than dealing with customers. For the exhorbitant prices they charge for the clothing, it's not good enough.

promissed to look into the issues with my order. They sent me a tracking number that didn`t belong to any actual parcel. I would never ever order again.

it had not. In total an EIGHT MONTH wait. The most appalling service I have ever experienced. Never, ever will I ever buy a product from this company again, nor would I recommend this company to anyone.
