Jumbobag

Way too expensive for the service – For the average household doing a cleanup, just get a skip or arrange a trip to the trip, or pay for a council cleanup - it will be WAY cheaper. Misleadingly advertised as a flat fee.

They only had one job – I paid for my jumbo bag ($380 surprisingly expensive) to be collected within 5 business days. After 4 business days I still had not received my receipt for payment. Called and asked for it to be resent and they did. Fine. After 6 business days still no collection. Called again and was assured that it would be taken today. That evening the eyesore is still on my property ruining my lawn. Called them again but it was after close so the attending receptionist left a message for the staff in the morning. 7 business days after I had paid for my skip bag to be collected in 5 business days and no point of contact and the bag is still on my lawn. Call them again and get put through to accounts. This time no one available to take my call, so I left a message. Still no point of contact. Called back again and got put through to accounts again and left another message. Still no call back. Called again and spoke to a receptionist who sent a message to the driver. At this stage still no point of contact and the bag is still on my lawn. They have one job and one job only!!! Collect the bag and they do not seem to be able to do it. Will never use them again.

Great Idea, bad implementation (cost) – Great idea, however costs are very OTT, in fact for myself its cheaper to just get a normal skip. Cost of the Bag was no issue, however when I phoned to get them to collect I was informed it would cost $500. Now I live in a Capital city and for the price of the pick up I could have a normal skip twice over.

Pricing incorrect – There website had a section called skip vs bag. In this section it provided a price comparison on how much it costs for a skip and how much for the jumbo bag. I sent an enquiry to the company because the price they indicated was almost 300 less than how much they were trying to charge when booking in the collection of the rubbish. I did not hear back from the company though I have noticed they have since removed this section on their website. Feel sorry for all the people who were tricked by this misleading information published on the companies website. Its also extremely poor that they have updated their website without responding to my enquiry...almost like they are covering there tracks.
