Do not purchase this scam! – Inaccurate and unclear marketing lead me to purchase this sim that does not even work with my “version” of the space watch. Customer support does not help rectify the situation at all. Save yourself and your money - do not purchase. Show details

Fancy marketing but treated customers like a number – Their misleading marketing led to me purchasing a product I couldn’t use and committing to 12 months. When asked for a refund they simply pointed to the fine print and play the policy card. Nothing illegal about it just bad practice ignoring customer experience. Show details

Horrendous activation process – An unidentified error with the activation process has had me try several times over the past 24 hours to make contact but with no response. Absolute rubbish customer service and automated activation process.

Terrible Customer Service – We’ve been very disappointed with the customer service from Jumpy SIM. We had issues with our sons SpaceWatch and had to return it. With the new space watch came a new Sim so we accidentally activated a second Sim we contacted jumpy Sim. They didn’t have a customer service phone number. Thus, contact via email and they were not interested at all… Read more

in refunding the over payment, despite the fact we have absolutely no use for the second Sim card. We do not recommend them.

charge me one month fee, but no, they will not refund any of the $164.99 I paid!! Not any!! Very very disappointing. They should have 7 days trial for free.
