Excellent coffee machine – Although discontinued, if you can get your hands on a quality second hand one. Grab it. Fantastic machine, as they say you get what you pay for. Jura Australia call centre has been very helpful with consumables required. And also with tech support. This is our second Jura machine.

Buy this!! Best machine ever and it will pay itself off – I bought this just over a year ago from Jura website in demo models. It came with a broken water container which was brought to Juras attention and they fixed it without a drama. They also were really helpful in choosing between models. It has had one issue with the pump but that was solved under warranty without a problem. The only problem with buying this machine is all other coffee tastes a lot worse. We buy our beams from a store that roasts them and my wife and I like two different types of coffee with two different beans with two different milks (cows milk and almond milk). It makes both of our coffees perfectly every time and the cost per coffee is minimal compared to the shops.

Cleaning is way tooo easy as well.

Could not live without it. If it were to break tomorrow...... i would buy another!!!
