Brilliant. Can’t live without it – Brilliant machine. Bought second hand and still awesome a year on. Makes great coffee (obviously you need good beans to start with) and froths all sorts of milks - lactose free, almomd, coconut, rice and oat. Having a dairy allergy makes having coffee out a challenge but this machine has made sure I don’t miss out.  Show details ·  1

This is the machine of machines – Forget about it Since new I have never looked at any other brand. The machine has made 11400 plus coffees All I changed on the machine is the plastic part on the transfer valve Great brand. Recommend it for life I would take a photo for you all to see the cups made but can't upload it Thank you Jura Can't remember dat and year of purchase but it was the brand new model at the time  Show details

Excellent! Highly recommend this machine – We have been through a few coffee machines over the years. This one is by far the best we have ever had. Although the machine requires fairly frequent (we do drink a lot of coffee!) de-scaling and cleaning (all automatic), we have never had to put the machine in for service or repair. So the little bit of maintenance and outlay for cleaning/de… Read more

scaling tablets has meant it keeps working perfectly.

Produces a great cup of coffee with crema. If I could complain about one thing it would be that the milk frother isn't always perfect. Sometimes it takes a bit of extra fiddling to get the milk to heat up enough or to get enough froth (for when you want cappuccino style coffee).

Very Happy – This machine is easy to use and makes a great coffee. Had it now for about 2 years and no problems with it at the moment. I did actually throw away the used coffee grounds by accident and received one from Melbourne within days. (I live in SA) so that was handy Easy use No probs yet, just that the filters seem a little pricey

Don't buy this machine – Don't buy this overpriced piece of junk. I am having continuous problems. Just now waisted half a pack of pre-ground decaf coffee (expensive) without getting a single cup of coffee, because as soon as the pre-ground coffee was in the designated compartment and I pressed the espresso button, the machine wanted the tap turned on to be filled. time I tried. The water compartment is full and everything else is as it should be.

Another problem is that sometimes it shows "fill beans" for no good reasons as I keep the beans compartment always filled. And then it would grind the beans but not make a coffee, and you have to try several times again until it starts giving out coffee again, thus wasting your expensive beans.

Contacted Jura, they find nothing wrong.......better stay away from this one. The taste WHEN it works. Not reliable, seems to be too complex to reliably work

I don't think you know how to use the machine. Too bad.

6 years old, and still going strong – Bought this machine for my office, where 2-3 of us use it daily. It's been bulletproof since then. Produces excellent tasting coffee (to the point where I can't tolerate instant any more, even Moccona ;) Had it services once in that time, not cause it needed it, but cause we brought it home when I sold the business. Still use it every… Read more ·  1

morning, for coffee.

Can be a little confusing at times, running a new filter or cleaning tabs through, but the manual is good and the durability of the unit has proven itself.

Would gladly buy another, and recommend it to anyone.

When I bought it, we paid $2200! Now, get them for $1200! Bargain! Reliable, great coffee, self cleaning

Never looked back – I went through the trouble of many coffee machines before... But since I've bought that machine directly in Switzerland, there was nothing to look back to. Since 4 years not a single problem. Makes excellent coffee. Very easy to handle. Difficult to keep the kids away from it, they always go for the frothed up milk drinks. The hefty price causing… Read more ·  1

initially some looks from my wife as given way to recommendations to all my friends who are on the lookout for a reliable coffee machine.

We mostly use dark roasted Arabica Coffee beans from Toraja, Sulawesi, Indonesia. It gives a full bodied fruity aromatic smooth coffee, much better than anything Starbucks has to offer. But this will come down to your own taste, the machine will handle any beans and will make the best out of it. Most reliable, excellent coffee
