Jura Impressa X9

Upkeep expensive and service and parts almost impossible if you are not in a large city – A have several Jura machines, which are great when they are working, however when problems arise, I find it really difficult to get support or parts. Jura need to be much more purchaser friendly with their spare parts supply. The machine makes good coffee, and can be customized for most tastes.

Makes decent coffee - not without issues, but one of the best automatic bean to coffee for the pric – Makes good coffee very quickly and easily. At this price few machines compete with jura. Look fantastic, but descaling and cleaning is imperative for long trouble free life I wouldn't use in a commercial environment selling coffee, no matter what Jura label them. For that I rely on a traditional espresso machine built out of rock solid steel, brass and copper. Pick any traditional Italian brand
Junk – Used this machine for very moderate use (under 10 cups/day) and it broke down after a few months. Good luck getting it fixed, because Jura Capresso customer service refuses to deal with "commerical" machines. They insist the dealer has to handle it. That's just too bad if the dealer (Swiss Gourmet Imports) never, ever answers their phone. Unreliable. 0 support from Jura Capresso.
Too easy! Great choice – I think the other rrater got a lemon ....I have 4 of these machines now and yes they do have a few problems due to the amount of calcium in the water here in australia but apart from that if you descale them every thousand cups it chugs along fine! Very easy to clean and easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee! Easy Descale procedure takes quite a while ....but it just has to be done
Constantly, constantly breaking down! – We have this machine at work and, sadly, it has been one giant waste of money. When it works, the coffee is lovely - the problem is that it spends more time with a sign stuck to the front saying "out of order" than it does actually working. I have lost count of the number of breakdowns and service calls we've had for this machine. Judging by the other Jura reviews, it's possible that we have a lemon - but since this is my only experience with Jura machines, I can't recommend them. Fully automatic, very nice coffee, ability to tailor presets. Hardly ever actually works
