Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service: A Review of 'Carnation' Shoes – I purchased a pair of "Carnation" shoes for my wife, who has found them comfortable and has owned approximately 10 pairs over the last 5 years. However, we have encountered a recurring issue where the sole tends to split after about 6 months of regular wear. Frustrated by the frequent need for replacements, she reached out to Just Bee and FSW Shoes, the retailer, to inquire about warranty coverage for a few pairs.

Despite providing detailed documentation, including photos, their response was disappointing. They initially avoided our emails and later offered only a $20 voucher as compensation, without acknowledging or apologizing for the evident quality issue. Furthermore, they maintained that the shoes are covered by only a 6-month warranty and refused to acknowledge any design flaw.

Given this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing their shoes, as the sole splitting issue is irreparable once it occurs.

Best casual shoe I have ever worn and it doesn't look like a sneaker at all – Casual flat, stylish, leather upper, leather lining. Very comfortable, can be worn the whole day without feet feeling tired. Light and springy, flexible and durable. It has survived 30 days of everyday whole day walking, on a tour of Europe, without a scratch or wearing out.
