Only half of my submitted photo has been used and it also too dark! Very disappointed Also there is no way you can contact them as the email format is on repeat and cannot be submitted and no contact number even though they say they're based in Australia. Total scam, don't touch confirm!
Follow-up · Don't bother with them They are uncontactable I did finish my second custom jigsaw which I had ordered at the same time but again colours tooooo dark and flimsy pieces.
Purchased a sentimental photo jigsaw for my partner and what a disgrace! Not only was the image blurry, almost every piece would fit in any spot so I had to complete it upside down (relying on the printed letters on the back to line up!!!) Never again.

Follow-up · Tried to call them, emailed 3 times, they should be investigated as I believe they are scammers posing as an Australian business trading out of China.
Wish I'd read reviews first. Also wish I'd gone elsewhere. Puzzle came back with a much darker image than was uploaded. Impossible to get in touch with them as all emails sent have donotreply@justjigsaws.com.au. I do not recommend them at all.
Image very poor quality. shocking customer service, tried to get a refund, and even went to dispute at bank, but said they would take civil action. Total Scam. Ordered from a competitor at 1/3 of the price, and quality was much better by miles. Clear image, well cut shapes. Ordered for my sons 30th, didnt arrive in the timeframe suggested. They are not nice to deal with. Steer clear.
Have just recieved order, very disappointed. The picture on the box is blurry as are all the puzzle pieces. Also thought I was buying from an Australian company, Just Jigsaws. Company.AU! And updates were from China and shipping took A very long time.

Follow-up · l've deleted all communication with them as it was a year ago. I'd bought them as birthday gifts for myself. I recall a shipping notification (from China) which remained dormant for about 2 weeks. When the puzzles eventually arrived I sent several photos to their feedback. Not good – Just received our puzzle, firstly I thought this was an Australian product Not from China! Secondly the puzzle itself on has limited shaped pieces so regardless of the colour on the pice all places the same shape will fit together,you have to assemble the puzzle using the letters on the back of each piece which defeats the purpose.eg. ABCD I won’t be ordering again.
No customer service. A big Scam !! – I ordered a few jigsaws for Xmas and never received them. My emails were not answered and I could not contact any one to reply to my emails.
Do Not buy from these people – Scam business with misleading information and terrible communication. Don’t use them!
Unforgivable and not worth assembling – Got scammed with the second jigsaw being half price. No return email address I could find. The quality is dismal too. I provided a high resolution picture and got something that compares to a cartoon. Nothing vibrant about the colours and the blurriness is shameful. All reviews I've read match my experience.
Dodgy, fraudulent – Fraudulent, scammers. Customer support are just a front to make sure complaints are not taken seriously and money is not returned. Product is very dodgy. Bought two jigsaws, images so blurry the puzzle could not be done, nothing like the picture. Suggest using another vendor or throwing your money down the loo instead.
Scam business – As far as I can tell business does not exist. I placed an online order for Christmas before I did my research. Sadly after a little bit of digging it became obvious that this business does not exit. The website crashes, there are no contact details and the help centre is non existent. I've lost my money, do not buy from them.
Nice Pictures, Bad Business Model - No help for the Customer! – I went to this website to buy Jigsaws for my Parents for Christmas, not only didn't I get the buy 2 get 1 50% off (I bought 5), when I went to cancel the order as I realised after I had placed a wrong option in my cart, they could not cancel it. Then when I checked their return policy, you can only get a refund if the product is defective which is again Australia's Consumer Laws as you can change your mind and expect a full refund. If they do grant you one, you don't get your money back you get a store credit. I am writing this review as I don't want anyone else to get caught out like I have. I am sure if you get your purchases correct the quick turnaround is great, however if not too bad as this company won't help you at all to fix the situation, though they are quick to thank you for your understanding. Be careful when buying from them.
