Juuce Full Volume
1 review
Used to love Juuce shampoo and conditioner, but counterfeits are too common online now. I originally bought Juuce shampoo and conditioner through a salon and loved the results. It was a fantastic product. Unfortunately, since that salon closed, I’ve twice received what I believe are counterfeit products when buying online, including from sellers like Hairbyu and OzHair.
Despite Juuce confirming these are “authorised sellers,” the difference in colour, smell, and how my hair feels is obvious. I tried to leave an honest review on Hairbyu’s Facebook page, but it was removed.
It seems there’s little quality control once the product leaves Juuce's hands, and customer concerns are brushed off. At this point, I can no longer trust buying Juuce products, disappointing given the brand's former quality.
Buy from a salon if you can. Otherwise, be cautious. Counterfeits are out there, selling for the same price, and they’re clearly hard to avoid.
Follow-up · Follow Q: 1. Did not use, threw bottles away, as hair felt unnourished/unmanageable. Did not look or feel right. Did not want long term damage, wasn’t prepared to continue using rubbish. 2. Told by Juuce themselves the online store was a reputable seller. Unfortunately, turns out they are not doing the right thing. 3. The smell was different to what I was used to, and then noticed the colour was different. Dishonest!!
