Poor Quality & Coercive Customer Service – Avoid Purchased a video camera from KenFaith’s website. The item delivered was not as advertised and felt extremely cheap. When I contacted the seller, they were unhelpful and later demanded I remove my honest review from TrustPilot before they would even consider refunding me. This behaviour is unacceptable. A refund is now being handled through PayPal. I do not recommend buying from this seller.
