Don't believe the pitch – The bed is OK. However our young dog chewed the corner off within 48 hours. I then attempted to contact K9 to discuss the warranty. They are very unresponsive. 2 months later I have not received the guaranteed replacement. They have no intention of fulfilling the warranty. Even if the product is OK the sales pitch is misleading. I would never deal with them again.

Don’t buy from this website. It is dodgy! – No way of communicating with them. a Password! There is no phone nor address on the website.

I waited for two weeks to see if the product will be delivered even though there was no communication whatsoever. However, no product arrived . I therefore raised a dispute against the company through my bank. Surprisingly the product arrived the next day! I am surprised this company is still operating because the reviews show that my experience wasn’t a one off!

2 years and still alive – Felt compelled to share how it’s been 2 year and these beds haven’t broken or destroyed.

Best beds I have bought – These beds were for our dobermans who destroyed everything. These beds are on the pricey side, but worth it because they have lasted so long. i would give it a 5/5 for the bed. Give it a shot if you're looking for something strong.

XL Bed For Two Beagles – I came across these beds on Google when I was searching for strong beds. Australian company and got the beds about 8-9 days after placing my order. Worth the wait and recommending them to all my friends.

Longest Lasting Beds Ever – Bought a K9 battle bed over a year ago and it’s still in one piece. No other bed has ever lasted this long. Will buy more in future

An update !!! – An update.Ordered 2 beds. Had issues with delivery. Received one bed waiting for the second. Quality of the product is very good. Will post final opinion when the order has been completed.

Best bed ever for our chewy Golden pup – Large size perfect for our girl. She has chewed every other bed to bits, but bad luck with this one pup! Has lasted the chew test. Also, for some reason our golden pup won’t get up on those hammock style or off ground beds… at all. She loves this one. Down side… cats love it too so there’s a dispute. We love it! Also, amazing customer service. Text to say congrats on purchase and text to check we’d received. Fab.

Best beds in australia – These are the strongest beds I’ve come across. Great for my bullies. Will be buying more soon in the future.

Scammed – Ordered and paid $280 on November 1st 2020. Never recieved product. Phone call in early Feb 2021 promised product..... nothing! Need money back. Next step is reporting to Consumer Affairs

Disappointed – Placed order in Nov 2020 with no response until later in Jan/Feb. Many promises given with seemingly zero supply of product. Have gotten $ refunded.

No response to email. Are they still operating? – Be careful here. I wanted to place an order for a dog bed but first check on sizes and availability. No response to email or website enquiry. I see from another review that an order was placed and paid with no forthcoming product or reply.

No contact in regards to order progress – I placed and paid for an order 10 days ago and there has been no progress on the order from "processing". I have emailed, emailed via website and message on Facebook and have had no response. There is no phone contact available. It appears the company is defunct and I will need my money to be returned.
