Kabana Shop

Terrible customer service . Ignore emails . No phone to contact . Won't be shopping with them again and am stuck with a dress , that whilst it is lovely , is unwearable due to the scratchiness of the gold thread on the interior of the garment. Avoid this company

They do not respond at all. I purchased a top that was way too big and really thin with see through material. So I sent it back, no response or a knowledgement. Consumer affairs soon.

Seriously helpful – Wow! I shop a lot online and Kabana have been amazing! Prompt replies, super helpful and delightful to deal with, plus I love their clothes. My first stop for clothing.

Great to buy online – After reading the other reviews i just had to rate my experiences.I have only had the most helpful experiences from the girls at Kabana, I once recieved a dress that was to big so rang and asked if i could exchange for smaller size that afternoon they had it in the mail on the way to me even before i had posted the other dress back to them. They were extremely helpful and very nice over the phone. I havent experienced that level of service from any other clothing store before and dont believe they deserve such bad reviews. Dreadful Customer Service – By mistake, I purchased 2x of exactly the same dresses (Lulasoul Kyota Button Dress) in the same size, through their web shop. I didn't notice it among the other clothes I ordered. I am not a seasoned online shopper, obviously! I have contacted Kabana Shop on numerous occasions by email but have heard NOTHING from them. There is no phone number listed! I'm going overseas and asked if I could swap out the dress for a cheaper pair of pants (with no additional refund) but even that request went unanswered. Terrible service especially for an Australian company! Very disappointing as the clothes are lovely.
